Snow in Denver, Colorado ... Imagine that?! Needed new snow tires to replace my pavement pounding hi way tires so I found these guys by word of mouth. I had called right away because I had extra time and needed them like yesterday when the snow started coming. I got there and the semi entrance is on the north side of the building where the garage and bays are. Do not enter with your truck in the front parking lot!! All of the staff was very nice and professional. No jacking around at this shop. In and out with new tires on in less than an hour. Price was very good for being local. I'm definitely marking this as my local truck tire shop. Forget the 2 truck stops and their high prices. Thank you for providing great service today! read more

I came in here on a cold winters morning at 8am to have one of my rear tires repaired as a bolt had got lodged in it. The team were quick to take the car in and patch up the puncture and have me on my way. The price was very reasonable and I was in and out within an hour. After being jerked around around by 2 national chain stores, A&E was recommended to us. They did not disappoint! Both of the chain stores that we tried to get an alignment done at were chosen because you could make appointments online. Too bad that they didn't even honor the reservations. After showing up for our reserved time they said "first come, first served"! A&E took us in after a phone call and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. Thought I needed dually chains. Bought some here tried one set on. Some of the guys showed me the right way to get them on. Realized somewhere in the middle of this that my single tire chains would work just fine. A & E worked out a refund for me 5 minutes after they closed . All the staff were helpful and personable. A and E Tire was great. I called when they opened at 7:30am about my flat tire that I had gotten over the weekend...popped in at 8:45 am, and was out the door by 9:20am. I initially received a quote of nearly $200 for one replacement tire after I got a screw in a tire too close to the sidewall to repair. I called tire shops in the area to compare prices because $200 for one tire was outrageous to me! A&E came in well below all area shops and could get the rare tire in just half a day where other shops needed 3-5 days. Unfortunately I went in just a few hours before closing on a Saturday so it took over an hour but it was well worth it to have the issue resolved. Besides, A&E had a big stack of a variety of magazines to keep me happy. Thanks A&E!! read more

5/23 Took the truck to Colorado Chassis. Trucks alignment was off. (after 2 attempts, a ton of time, and excuse after excuse from A&E) Colorado Chassis had the truck fixed in no time! Truck drives great, no more issues. Final Conclusion= A&E Tire does not know how to do proper alignments. 5/22 A&E is refunding money. Talked to Wes the owner. We will take truck to Colorado Chassis and see where we go from there. Agreed to tell Wes what the problem was when done at Colorado chassis Will post more info as it is available. ORIGINAL POST: STAY AWAY! Took my truck down for a front end "check out" and repair whatever it needed. They FAILED. Did an "alignment" and sent me on my way with 2 trashed front tires and shocks. didnt even recommend a wheel balance, offer any remedy. . Went to TDS, they showed me they were "oval" and replaced both front tires and recommended a Shock change. (this was Friday 5/18) Turns out both shocks were trashed. Why didnt A&E notice? Saturday 5/19 took the truck Back to them, they said they couldnt do anything until monday, and it was probally the tires... REALLY!? New tires... hmm. Took truck BACK in Monday 05/20, they put it back on the alignment rack, truck still pulls. The Truck is actually WORSE then before I took it to them, pulls to the right all day long, with two brand new front steer tires and new shocks. Multiple Mechanics says its an alignment! NOT MECHANICAL. Will be attempting to get my EXPENSIVE alignment charge refunded. PS. Alignment tech is extremely RUDE! read more
