Matt is a rockstar. Brought my vehicle to swap out some tires/tpms sensors and it was easy peasy. Matt did everything I asked and didn't give me the run around like a couple other tire shops in Golden. I'll be coming back for sure. Matt even asked me to bring the vehicle back after 50 miles, so he could re-torque the lug nuts since they were new. Bonus, they didn't over torque the lugs either. Top Notch!! I was on my way up to the mountains for my bachelorette party and my car gave me a tire warning, I swung in here last minute and was greeted instantly and helped so quickly. I highly recommend taking your car here to get tires done. They were super fast, and I was in and out in half an hour. I called in the morning for an appointment to get my snow tires switched and they gave me a spot that worked well with my schedule. They did a really great job, disposed of some old tires I had for cheap, and put my new summer tires on for an excellent price. In addition, they have excellent customer service, a nice clean waiting room, and knowledgeable employees. Matthew was the service tech that put 4 new tires on my Dodge Ram. His service was above and beyond expectation. He took time to remove corrosion that was on the inside of my wheels. He explained corrosion is hard in the tires bead and if left untreated will cause your tire to loose air pressure. Called big box tire shop first - did not go well at all - they were immediately trying to up-sell me. I actually hung up on the big box guy. Saw 5 star reviews on Walt's Tire Service. Stopped in with no appointment to see if they could swap out my two rear tires with others that I already owned and rebalance the fronts. No problem; no up-selling; no arguing - they squeezed me in. 20 bucks to mount and balance each rear and 5 bucks to rebalance each front.
