They have a new online appointment system, but it doesn't work. It allows you to make an appointment at a time that's not actually available, then a human calls you the next day to reschedule. On-Site Tire does good work once they get to your location, but it often takes two or three postponements and rescheduling to get them there. read more

I purchased tires from tire rack in February 2024. After 3-4 calls someone finally called back and scheduled ( no one ever answers the phone here). Day of appointment they did not show up or call to say they were going to miss the appointment. Took off time from work and they no showed. Completely wasted my time. Called them repeatedly and no one ever answers there when you call. 8 hours later the manager calls and reschedules doesn't do anything to make up for the mistake and my wasted time. Next they finish the install and I offer to pay the people who do the install. They tell me I will be billed. Now over 6 months after everything was done the rude condescending owner sends me an invoice with no way to pay just an invoice. I happen to be out the country at the time and a week or two later he's telling me to pay or he's sending me to collections. HA! I explain I'm not happy with being billed over 6 months later and being harassed to pay. Next he calls tire rack and has people at tire rack harassing me and threatening to put a stop on my account over $100 tire install. This is all within 2 day time frame. Maybe give a few days on your six month late invoice before you start making threats to a repeat customer you ghosted on the first appointment. Laughable truly. His texts are down right rude, condescending, and far from professional. Sloppy business practices. Would not go here. They will ghost you and then make you feel like a criminal for them being late sending out an invoice. I now use SJ tires who do a great job cheaper and pick up the phone and actually take payment before the install so there's no confusion or down right harassment. Stay far away! read more

The installers are always on time and reliable. Unfortunately you can't depend on the manager running the show to respond without multiple phone calls and at least one email. I've used them twice a year since 2019 and it's always the same thing. You never know if they will respond. I replaced them with someone who understands customer service. Good riddance. read more

I can't say enough good stuff about On Site Tires! The first time I used them because we needed new tires on our car and I didn't have time to get into a shop. They showed up at the office and switched everything out for me while I went about my day. They were fast and did a great job, pricing was on par with what I'd expect at any quality shop around town. The second time I used them, it was due to a bit of an emergency - two flat tires in a Walmart parking lot, on a snowy day... They once again showed up and got everything done fast and efficiently. They have great customer service, very fair pricing and are super convenient. I can't imagine any reason to ever go back to a "normal" tire shop, and that alone is something to be happy about! read more

These guys are legit. I was experiencing a slight wobble/vibration in my 2006 BMW 325xiT and was told it was likely due to unbalanced tires and I would need to get them road force balanced. The hard part is finding a shop or people that know exactly what they are doing. I called Colin and his team and got a call back the same day and they were able to schedule an appointment two days later. The best part is they come to you. The technician (Cody?) that came out was professional, extremely friendly, and best of all, he fixed the issue. After a test drive on the highway, the vibration is considerably better and the ride overall feels a lot more stable. Reasonably priced and professional -- I will definitely use these guys again in the future (for new tires). read more

I scheduled an appointment on their web site for a Monday morning, but they never showed. After sitting waiting for them I called to see what the delay was. They don't check for new appointments on their website. What's the point of offering online scheduling if you don't check it for new appointments??? Also, they don't post prices on their website - there is a "minimum $100 trip charge to cover the cost of running our truck to your location". Best mobile tire service in Denver. Their team was extremely helpful. I had two flat tires on my work truck, including the spare and decided to have all 4 tires replaced. They gave me the best price quote around and figured out a way to get my truck up and running that very day. I made the mistake of giving them the wrong wheel size when they were at the shop. They shortly arrived at my location and figured out my mistake. Fortunately Chris and his team were able to find a quick solution to get me back on the road. I became a fan of these guys after they helped me out big time on the eve of Thanksgiving. I had a blown tire at home & wanted somebody to bring me the new tire as well as install it. I called On-Site Tires, and not only did they match the best internet price I could find for my tire but they also scheduled me for next morning install. The guy arrived with the install truck right on the promised time and had the tire replaced in no time. As a bonus, he checked the pressure in my other 3 tires and filled them to the specs. I have read some of the other reviews and my experience was about 180 deg different than every body else. Our initial contact was fine and the pricing sounded good. Since they are located in my same business park arrangements were made to drop off my vehicle at 7:00 in the morning and pick it up around 4:30. That way they had all day to do the work and I did not have to sit around waiting. Imagine my surprise when I stopped at 4:30 to pick up the vehicle and NOTHING had been done. When I called to complain and tell him to stop the credit card charges he began to scream at me saying I was disrespecting him. I don't need that from someone I just spent almost $1000.00 with. No apologies from him. Maybe most of their customers have a good relationship and have good experiences. For me I will never deal with on site tires here or in any of their other locations. I give this company the HIGHEST RATING POSSIBLE. The service was convenient (I never left my home). The recommended tires are awesome. I have a steep, icy and snow covered driveway. I was offended by the outrageous prices, the offensive tone of Chris and Collin, when I called. They both treated me like I was a nuisance. They tried to pitch me on a tire I did not want and became aggressive when I refused to accept said tire. The employee they sent to do the work used a great many swear words while on the job, which I found very offensive as well. Also, they appeared to be lacking certain equipment to get the job done on time, which appeared to make their work a great deal more unsafe, which translates to higher costs for the customer. They had to come back and re-balance my wheels TWICE for which they charged me BOTH times. All in all I had a very bad experience and ended up taking my business to S & J tires, who gave me a much better deal and did not have to come back and fix the work they did before. I would avoid this company at all costs especially if you value your's car's integrity. read more
