But that's not what you'll get with Randy. Randy is a stand up guy and drove 30 miles to get my Honda Civic from Howell to its Swartz Creek destination for WAY WAY less. He asked what was going on with my car, offered to jump it, got to me right when he said he would, and was an all around pleasant guy to chat with. That's how you treat customers not trying to rip them off.

He didn't offer any solutions or suggestions, but I was still grateful for his professionalism and timeliness. He also allowed me to ride with him to my home - which was supremely valuable.
