When the movers arrived 20 minutes late, I was informed that the cost would be based on square footage instead, increasing the remaining $835 by over $1,000. The mover refused to give a final quote until everything was loaded and was rude and careless, damaging my apartment during the process. He held my belongings under duress, demanding an additional $850, claiming it was a "deal." After paying, I discovered he left items at my old apartment and poorly reassembled my dresser, using my tools to fix it. A week later, he called accusing me of lying about the apartment damage, despite my photographic evidence, and offered to "fix it" so I could drop the matter, also refusing to share his name or company address. The owner, Olvin, was also rude and unprofessional, dismissing my concerns with profanity. Their conduct throughout the move was unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful.

They charged me $80/hr with a 2 hour minimum plus a $65 service fee. This is labor only with 2 movers, dollies, and shrink wrap. I provided my own uhaul and moving blankets. This is definitely one of the best deals for movers in the Dallas area. They never scratch or break anything and are very mindful of how they are packing the truck. They even knew how to setup my adjustable base for my bed. They are always punctual and respectful. Highly recommend. One thing - they can be a bit hard to get ahold of so just leave them a voicemail and if they don't call you back the same day just send them a text!

I recently closed in the home and since we were moving two households into one, I needed a reliable team to come in and take care of both of them within a week of each other. Really appreciate straightforward pricing that I received from Blue, And I really appreciate the service that I received from the guys who were there. The first move was the most difficult, we've actually had to move twice because of the amount of items I've had to be delivered. One recommendation I have. If you have a three-bedroom house ask for a big truck because a 16 ft truck is not going to be big enough to handle it. I also had the same problem with my town home downtown Fort Worth. It was a three bedroom and because I had some bulky items. Wish we would have brought a bigger truck. But that's hindsight. If you want to move to be done in one trip, make sure you ask about pricing for a larger truck The guys who helped us move were wonderful, they were friendly and professional and they did as much as they could as fast as they could. And of course they did take care of our items as needed. The first day took 9 hours, and with a straight forward pricing and quote that they provided. Provided I was not surprised at the end of the day. I was happy to provide the funding and was comforter enough to call them back for another move that week The second move was a short move but again it took two trips because I had some bulky items but they were able to knock it out fairly quickly But I use The service again from these guys, absolutely. After scheduling the booking, there was no follow up to clarify the need and give a solid quote. Hence the movers that showered up were not adequately prepared for my moving needs. This turned into an all day affair for a 2br apartment move. I tried to be understanding as the CEO was truly apologetic and professional but once they left, I found a whole lot of unprofessional errors (scratched up walls, loose and missing screws in my furniture, and broken 60in smart TV). It's been over 3 weeks I've tried speaking to the owner for a resolution and my calls and messages have been avoided. I initially gave a lot of grace being a business woman myself but I feel totally bamboozled and taken advantage of. I strongly caution against hiring movers from this company.
