I asked to speak to a manager or someone who could help with the insurance confusion and the toothless lady pretended to walk away and come back and mocked me when I was being polite and said "I'm the manager" with a grin like she really stuck it to me - customer service didn't exist. She then said "I don't know what to tell you." And walked away without helping me any further. My review concerns a single incident…read more I'm currently on crutches and have to use an electric cart. This store's carts are outdated - they don't show the battery strengh on the console, My cart stalled while 1/2 way done shopping. I waited 45 minutes for a 2nd cart. The second cart stalled with 4 items left to purchase. A manager told me to wait while he looked for a 3rd cart. He never returned, Instead, he stood 40 feet away chatting with two of his colleagues. After another 57 minutes, another 4th manager, "Kenny" walked up and asked me if aI needed help. He was horrified by my story as I pointed out the other managers still "...standing over there..." Long story short: Kenny got his mother (apparently a senior administrator in the store) to check me through a register while he went to get the 4 items I still needed. After checking out, he loaded my purchases into my car while I walked along side on crutches. The point of all this is, there are all kinds of people in the world. Some care, some don't. My quick trip to the store was 3 hours long. An hour'n'1/2 was just sitting in stalled carts. Thanks to Kenny and his mother, this all had a happy ending.

However the lady belted outed rudely "we are closed, we are closed" I walked away realizing seconds later it was 1:29pm and not 1:30pm and turned around to tell her that it was 1:29pm which she agreed but still would not help me and I told her she was rude! Very very rude. She did not care and held her phone up to me and says "now it's 1:30" and I left. I will not continue to use this pharmacy Terrible customer service. Terrible.

Finally, someone picks up the phone but then just hangs up without helping. It feels unprofessional, especially when you're in pain and just want to know when you can get your medicine. It's easy to see how frustrating it could be for someone with important questions about their medication.
