I ordered what was to me an expensive reel for a fishing trip I have booked…read more For some reason they returned the reel to the sender and I never received it. I have been trying to get ahold of someone to figure out what happened for 3 days and no one has responded. At this point I want to cancel the order and get a refund and buy it form someone who might understand customer service.

Steve the owner of Tuppins listed a 200 HP Yamaha SHO with a manufacture year of 2021. They made me…read morethink it would be cheap to install them charged me 8,000.00 ! I complained . He reduced the price to 5,000.00 then stopped all work o the boat. I picked it up with screws, dirt, oil, old parts all left in the boat. Oil spills grease stains. Wires were cut and all my switches were not working and my trolling motor wires are missing ! Tulpins said they went through the entire engine and charged the oil and filters ect... when I opened the cowling after a month of using it the oil filter has a date of 1/13/2023 !!! Hasn't been changed in 2 years! It gets worse. I asked repeatedly to send me the warrantee info. They never would because THE ENGINE IS A 2015 NOT a 2021 like they sold it as ! i bought this engine about 4 months ago and Tuppins has ignored me! The boats electrical system is a mess and I just had the entire boat rewired. It was working perfectly ! Tuppins has gone down hill since these irresponsible deceitful business practices. Its horrible to take advantage and lie to your customers! I have plenty of pictures and will file a lawsuit. Also as a Yamaha dealer we expect honesty and professionalism. My boat is a mess ! They purposely left the year of the engine off the sales receit but checked that there is a factory warranty still in effect so I would BELEIVE it ! TUPPINS HAS GONE ROUGE AND THEIR DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES HAVE HURT HOW MANY UNAWARE CUSTOMERS ?? i Put a bad review on google and somehow they were able to take my bad review and rewrite it as a good review !!! How ? They cover their tracks so don't BELEIVE all The good reviews.

Looked up online for live shiners to purchase. This place came up a lot of times and had good…read morereviews. I decided to try them out. The first time I went they were out of medium sized shiners, but after looking at them the smaller ones were good size. I went to the lake and they were great lots of action to them. I probably caught 6-7 bass with them. The next time I went I went early in the AM just when they opened at 6am they had medium sizes in and they did not disappoint in size. My only regret was catching little dinks with them on such a good size shiner. Good guys inside as well easy to talk to and ask question. This will be my go to going forward for live bait. They also had a good selection of items inside.

I grew up coming to this bait shop and while it's crazy to see how much has developed around it,…read moreit's really great to know it's still here! There are some choice fishing spots around the Plantation/Sawgrass/Davie/Weston areas, and this shop is on the way to many of them. I was in town visiting my family and wanted to take my kids fishing, and nothing works better than some live shiners for whatever might be swimming in the lakes and canals of Plantation. I grabbed two kids combos at Walmart and a couple dozen shiners, and we SLAYED the peacocks with a few nearing the 3lb mark. I'm not sure who was having more fun, the kids or me as I helped them land these beasts on the lightest of tackle, including a silly push button Paw Patrol rod with only two eyelets! Like everything, bait has gotten expensive, about $20/dozen, but the smiles on the kids faces and these memories are worth every penny! I am so glad I had the time to make this happen for all of us, and that BJ's was still there to get us what we needed! So if you want to go, this is the spot to stop. The shop has everything you need to get outside and all the advice to go with it. Go fish!
