I appreciated their professionalism during the first few projects. Unfortunately, my most recent service--the most expensive one--left me disappointed. After the work was completed, I noticed that one breaker on my panel was missing a label. When I asked Caio, the owner, about it, I was told that they could not identify it during testing and that it might be connected to a hidden outlet. I was advised to turn the breaker off for several hours, or even a day, and see what stops working. When I asked what the old panel had listed for that breaker, I was told there was no label. As a customer who paid on time and in full, I expected better accountability. Since all of the wiring was stripped and reconnected during the panel replacement, I believe identifying and properly labeling the circuits should have been part of the job. The lack of ownership and follow-through was frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service moving forward.

Leveraged the chat feature on the website to schedule an appointment and Ben came by the following day to take some photos and do some measurements. Received a written estimate with a Bradford White gas water heater within the hour and pricing was on par with the market. Fuse leverages ServiceTitan for their bid process and even offers a ballpark estimate prior to having a technician come on site for an estimate. Signed the contract electronically and scheduled the service within the week. Numerous text and email notifications and reminders came before the appointment. Derek our plumber arrived shortly after the scheduled window and replaced the gas water heater within an hour. Derek uncovered a valve that wasn't working and was able to also replace the valve using the tools he had in his truck. The entire service was done within the original estimated time! New gas water heater looks and functions great! Thank you, Fuse!
