We finally got a quote from a company that constantly sends flyers to our mailbox, but even with a "huge" discount for just a few windows, the price was close to the cost of a swimming pool. That pushed me to search online, and I found SoCal Window Pros, a highly rated local company. Jack, the owner, came out with sample windows and gave us an estimate. He was straightforward, no‑nonsense, and genuinely kind. The windows were impressive -- solid engineering, well‑made, great warranty, and locally manufactured. We also met his son Alex who is much involved in this family-owned business, and he was equally professional and personable. We ultimately decided to replace all of our windows as well as our sliding door, and we're very happy with the results. Our house looks refreshed and updated, and the old rubber seals that kept popping out are finally gone. The windows look beautiful and have made a noticeable difference in the overall appearance of our home. I literally let out a sigh of relief every time I see the windows. Gratefulness and gladness! There were a couple of windows that took a little longer than expected to arrive, and two were delivered in a different color than originally specified. In the end, I decided to go ahead with the installation, and fortunately, the color worked out beautifully in our home. Jack and Alex checked on the installation throughout the process, and their crew was helpful and efficient. Despite a couple of minor hiccups, communication was good, and we felt that Jack and Alex were attentive and committed to making sure the project went well. Overall, we're very happy with our experience and with our new windows. We would definitely recommend SoCal Window Pros to anyone considering replacing their windows. He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.

AVOID This Business - Damaged My Shower- TOOK MY MONEY- and Disappeared…read more I hired SV Glass to replace my glass shower door. He showed up to take measurements and convinced me it was a minor issue and that I would not need a replacement. He quoted me $300 to repair the track, tighten the rollers that the door hangs on, add washers to the handles, and tighten. The experience turned out to be nothing short of a nightmare. Instead of repairing the problem, he ended up completely breaking the glass door -- and concealing it. It turns out he broke the frame that holds the glass door in place, and bent the rollers. He tried gluing it together, but after a week it fell down. It could have shattered and severely injured my family. To make things worse, he took my $300 even though he KNOWINGLY caused more damage than what I originally called him for. I've tried reaching out to him multiple times since the incident, but he has completely stopped responding to my messages. This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm now left with a broken shower door, out $300, and no accountability from the person who made the situation worse. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. I rarely leave reviews, but this was bad enough that I felt other people should be warned.

They had decided to try to cover-up that the roof sheathing had holes in it large enough that you could put a basketball through them. So, they nailed wood scraps under the eaves without even painting them. But they dropped the nails they pulled (and we photographed) and dropped either some of the wood or a hammer and almost ruined the screened door all of which we photographed and may post here. Well, Luis saved the day. He is a gentleman and a craftsman. He had to do some disassembly of the screened door to make it work again; it would no longer open and we had been prevented from accessing our deck since a neighbor's video showed the HOA pick-up labor from the the parking across the street from the nearby HOME DEPOT. Luis like his friend Scott who is similarly gifted in saving rather than having to replace entire sliding glass doors that have been damaged-- and with similarly 30-plus years of experience in the Inland Empire, these gentlemen are economical Best of all, they show up on time and perform as advertised. He said he got another production company going and the window should be ready by the 4th of July. I told him if no window was available by then, we would move on. I checked with him again today on 7/8 because I heard no news from him as always, he said since the company wasn't able to produce the window by 7/4, he asked the company to cancel the job... ALL WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I don't normally leave 1-star reviews unless the business is really terrible. I understand that production time can be hard to control and delays are possible, but the fact that there was ZERO communication and keeping customers waiting was very unprofessional and irresponsible.
