I had Mike come out to my house that I had rebuilt from ground up. My home was built in 1945. It had the original doors and windows and needless to say they all needed to be replaced. After sitting down and selecting the windows and doors I liked ( including my front door) I decided to have all my crown molding and baseboards replaced as well. ***** FIRST AND FOREMOST WANT TO ADDRESS THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM MIKE CARRIES AND RUDENESS!! I DON'T THINK IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED ANYONE LIKE THIS BEFORE!! We had a Horrible experience with Mike today. He came by today for 7min's to give us a quote for 3 doors that had initially been installed by Lowe's & painted by another company but after they were painted they were having issues latching properly. But the main reason for the call was to get a quote for weatherstripping on our double front entrance doors...but thought we would have him take a look at the 3 doors with issues. Right away he was mentioning that he would have to cut down the doors...which my wife informed him that if we cut the doors down it voids out the warranty on these doors, that took eight months to get in & not to mention were very pricey, so this was definitely not a option for us, also we knew right away this wasn't the issue because they were closing properly before they were painted, we knew it wasn't nothing major that needed to be fixed, just some tweaking on either the hinges or the hardware... which my wife had mentioned to him but it was obvious he did not like what she had to say! Well, long story short lol Me & my wife ended up fixing the issues on all 3 doors by YOUTUBING videos with the problems we were experiencing, we were able to fix all three door issues with just simple adjustments to the hinges and the holes on the strike plate needed to be moved slightly! Glad I didn't get ripped off today. I suggest for people to try to YouTube & see if you can fix the problem yourself first!!! Lesson learned YouTube first! read more

He came to replace a window for us after our boys threw a baseball through it and from then on we have used him for every window and door need we've had, and referred him to countless others.
