They asked me to send a couple of pictures and answer a few questions, then provided quotes for both repair and replacement options. I also did some research on the company and found out they are licensed, bonded, and insured, which gave me peace of mind. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. In the end, we decided to replace the pool pump. Chris explained the quote and options, Robyn handled the scheduling and payment process, and Michael came out for the installation. Everyone was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them if you need any pool work done.

After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees. And I would gladly recommend them to any family and friends that need any work done on their pool.

We started our service with Phoenix Pool Pro in March. Things didn't start out on a good foot…read morebecause the tech didn't show up on the day they were scheduled but we wrote this off as bad luck since they told us an emergency popped up and they sent someone out the next day. Our pool was blue but needed to be vacuumed and prepared for swimming after the winter. The technician told us we needed to buy a robotic vacuum and said the owner would let us know what model we should purchase. We never heard about the vacuum again. I showed the technician where our pole vacuum was along with the hose but they never vacuumed the pool despite there being significant detritus at the bottom of the pool from the winter. Over the period of the next few months the pool gradually got more cloudy and eventually turned pea green. We asked if there was anything we needed to be doing between services other than emptying the skimmer baskets and never got any response. We have a smart pool timer and we were never asked how many hours the pool pump was running for (12 hours) nor were we ever told what it should be set to. The owner told us we needed an algae treatment and said they would call the following Monday to discuss options. We never got a call about the algae treatment and the technician never came back. I called and left a voicemail asking what the status of our account was and for an explanation for the technician not showing up. The owner immediately sent a text message to my wife saying we probably needed to drain our pool. He told us he would get back to us soon but never called or texted again. The owner is no longer returning our calls or text messages. We are now looking for another company and our pool is disgusting.

After doing some research and suspecting either low water flow or calcium buildup, I decided to go with Precision Pool Tech because they offered a lower service call price than the other companies that responded. I'm glad I chose them! It turned out the problem was simply a handle I didn't realize needed to be turned to allow proper water flow through the pipes. Although I was a little frustrated that I hadn't known this sooner, the technician was great.
