I was so disappointed as i was keeping my car although it was a total loss. The owner of this shop felt sorry for me and acted conscientiously and put my car back together, and even washed it to return to me at no charge. He repeated he would not do an estimate and that USAA did their own.I was so flustered!!! Never have I dealt with anyone so rude. I am a 72 year old woman and felt exactly the way women say auto mechanics treat women. I was hoping to ask him to help me put some water in my radiator as I couldn't open my hood due to severe arthritis in my hands but the way he humiliated me I didn't take the time, just drove my car off as he so rudely told me to do.
