Even though there has been numerous staff changes throughout the years, the staff and managers there have been cordial and always willing to help out even when past staffers have errored with the Invisalign Treatment Program. Although Saul who was in my previous review is no longer there, the office staff remain respectful at all times. I wish to point out the office manager, Felicia, has been instrumental in resolving any past issues with this office. She has taken great strides to insure my wife and I feel at home with Jefferson Dental. We are very pleased with her astute professionalism and personal attention she has given us regarding our dental needs. I can't ask for someone better than her. She has decades of management experience, and is truly an asset to the company. If you have any issues whatsoever, do not hesitate to reach out to her for assistance. I go to the dentist regularly and have no issues with bleeding gums or excessive tarter. They tell me they can remove the laser cleaning and get the cost down to $166but they refuse to do a normal cleaning that is covered by my insurance. They said there is bone loss and I need this deep scale cleaning. I am told this by first the front desk clerk, who I am pretty sure doesn't have a medical degree. She tells my dentist for the last 15 yrs should not have performed those regular cleanings that it is malpractice based on their findings. Again I have no infections, no bleeding gums, or abscesses no excessive tarter buildup. It was insane. I refused their upscale dental cleaning and went to a dentist who did the cleaning. They like my previous dentist did not see any issues with my gums and completed the cleaning without issue. These people are scammers. I will be watching for the dental claim to see if they charge my insurance. I will not be going back there.

Today I called Trinity Dental in Katy. I asked two questions, how much would it cost to have a crown put back on and can someone do it today. I was told yes today and the cost would be $59.00. I get to the front desk and they tell me it will be $79.00. They agreed to honor the original price of $59.00 and i paid. The crown is set back on the tooth with no glue. They leave the room and come back telling me it will be an additional $75.00 to do the glue. SO SO wrong!!! three different prices and I have a loose crown, no glue. WHY!! I asked how much to have the crown glued. I agreed to the price. THATS all. I will never use this office again. Be very careful people!!! They got my money and i got nothing that i asked for................SO SO SO WRONG!!
