Very bad customer service after the job is unprofessionally done. I will have to file a claim against this company because i might end up replacing my aluminum frame profile to fix the damage they caused to me. The guy showed up at my site to gave me a quote really quick and turn around time was really quick. But besides that everything was very bad. When I called them and started to complain about how unprofessional they did the the job the guy on the phone told me if i continue to complain I would never see him again. Eventually He promised me to show up in a week to fix the issues but never did. This is the third week after our phone conversation. My major issue is the quality of the work. And they did not even want to accept that they did it incorrectly. 1. Round hole on my profile instead of nice rectangular for lock latch. Causing the door shaking while it is locked. And not even debarred after cut. So we already cut our clothes couple times. 2. Lock color - silver instead of dark color. When i asked him why silver when there is dark color available at the same price he said he showed me the picture of the lock and it was silver. Honestly he did show me the picture of the lock type but i did not pay attention on the color only on the lock type. you would assume someone with brain will install dark color if the price is the same. 3. Be aware of pricing - I was in a rush to do my project and was agreed with the price he gave it to me for my project, but after deeper research i found out the lock only cost $350.00 and he charged me $950.00. So total 600.00 for 2 hours of job. I would not complain if the job wAs done correct. Also i had a missing screw on my door hinge they asked me $750.00 to repair something when it was just a missing screw and i found other guy to do it for me for $50.00:)) The guy on the phone told me I would never see him again, i guess don't even want to see him again, because i gave him a chance to come and fix his job but he never did. Now it is my turn to fight it back for the damage he cause to my business. read more
