They said the latch to my hood was broken so they can't change my oil and i need it taken to a dealership so they can remove my front bumper to fix the latch. I drove to another valvoline to get a second opinion before I took it to ford and the guy literally said "yeah, whoever did it last must've broke it". I said "well the valvoline on E Kalamazoo did it last?" and he said I should call and make a damage claim. I now get to pay around $500 dollars to fix THEIR mistake from messing up my hood. I called damage claim and she couldn't find me anywhere in their system (even looking up my VIN number) so I had to go back to get proof they worked on my car. This is a huge expensive mess and I would never recommend going here.

They did off at least I hope they did my fluids, but I'm accustomed to making sure the lights work that no bulbs need to be replaced, that they spray your door hinges, check your tires. Make sure they don't need air. None of that was done so I was a little disappointed over that. If I'm gonna pay good money to get my oil changed. I would like to have all of that done. as far as the air filter. I asked him and he goes well. I can look at it if you would like, so I personally probably will not be back.

The facility is really clean and organized, the lobby is comfortable (with AC and free WiFi!), and all 3 employees were so thoughtful and knowledgeable. Anthony greeted me when I first pulled up for my oil change and was extremely helpful. He checked my lights and tire pressure. I ended up also getting my brakes replaced because I was planning to do that anyway and had no idea that was something Jiffy Lube offered! The price is great too. Sometimes I feel like mechanics and oil change places are pushy or try to upsell me but I didn't get that here at all. Ivo did a great job replacing my oil and Tamia simultaneously worked on replacing my air filter and then helped close me out while the other two finished my tire rotation. Everyone seemed to work really well as a team and it was one of the fastest and most efficient services I've ever had. 10/10 recommend this place if you want fast and courteous service from employees who really care about both your vehicle and making sure you have a positive experience!

I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. Come to find out that I had 2000 miles left on my oil change. They should have had it in the system when I went in. Either that or they just didnt care. After the oil change I asked them for a sticker that would say the 5000 mile mark. They said their sticker only comes with a 3000 mile printout. Also when I was sitting in car getting work done, the guys under the hood started whispering and acting curiosley. Come to find out a week or so later, the clip that holds the hood bar thing broke and they zip tied it up without telling me it was broke. Beware the mileage thing.
