I needed a new mid-pipe on my exhaust, it had rusted through, and the dealership said it would be $1900 to fix, so they recommended I take it to muffler Man instead, they said they did this all the time. I dropped my car off, and within a day it was fixed, welded instead of replaced, for $140. Ryan, at the front desk, was super nice and friendly, and honest, and I just got great vibes from the whole place. It's a week later, the car drives and sounds great. It used to be run by some scary people doing sketchy things. Once I pulled in for an oil change and they informed me that they didn't have any oil or any oil filters (?!). That was then, this is now. Open for ~2 years now, family owned and operated it is clean, friendly, efficient and reliable. Prices are reasonable, staff are helpful and polite and they seem to actually care about the customer's satisfaction.
