We needed to have 3 very large mirrors removed and in a short time frame. A&M came exactly the time they stated and had the mirrors down and gone in short order. They even charged less than quoted because it was a quicker job than anticipated. Nice guy too. I would definitely recommend them. I just had two windows repaired and this company was amazing, work-wise and customer service wise. My appointments were easy to schedule and Jesse always showed up on time. He was capable, efficient, and very nice. I actually had the same repair done on another window a few years ago, before I knew about A&M. It cost almost twice as much, and they sent two guys who had a lot of trouble fixing it, and it's still not working well. I bought 14 windows from Grand Vista and I'm not advertising for them, 10 yrs ago and have been satisfied until last year when the window cleaner I hired was not able to remove 2 windows. I called the owner of that co. and explained the situation, he offered to have someone come out WHEN they were in my neighborhood, that was in June of 2022. I gave them plenty of time in which they could come out and check the problem. I called again in Oct. and the owner said that it would be $100 for them to check the problem, when I did not agree with him, he upped the charge to $150. People like that should not be in business. I called around different window companies and I don't remember who gave me the name of this comnany, A & M WINDOWS. Today 8-18-2023 Chris from this company assessed the situation and was able take the windows out and quickly knew what the issue was. I asked him what the charge would be, and he took a HUG instead. Don't waste your time with this company. They were out over a month ago to give us an estimate. They said I would have the estimate within a couple of days. I followed up with three phone calls. I finally received an e-mail from Carl saying they aren't able to help us because they don't have an installer right now. Hmm....why did that take a month? And why didn't I receive a phone call? An e-mail in this situation is unacceptable. They strung me along saying they were trying to get my windows covered under warranty. A & M Window Service was recommended to me through Nextdoor. I was given the option of having someone come to the house to replace my broken window glass, or bring the window in myself, for less cost. Since my windows can be removed easily, I chose to bring it to them. Their initial estimate was very close to what I actually paid after official measurements were taken. I paid, and about a week later was asked to bring the window back in for the repair to be performed. This time, my NAV took me through some pretty nasty traffic in Denver so when I arrived I was in a full on anxiety attack. I handed the window over for the repairs and told that ladies up front that I would sit in my car and wait while I settled down. They gave my window to their technician and he had it back out to me VERY quickly! I am so appreciative of them for considering me, they did not have to do that. I was looking forward to working with them either through the warranty repair process but most likely through their independent work repairing and replacing windows. Carl on the other hand.... I can't get a response from. It's been over 3 months and still no quote or contact from him at all. I have called several times and am told he will call tomorrow, which hasn't happened. I called around for quotes on fixing a broken double pane window by Accent Windows and construction of screen doors. A&M provided the most cost effective solution so I hired them. Chris built amazing patio screens that work like a dream. The window repair also turned out great. A&M's price on custom screens was less than 1/2 what was quoted by Screen Mobile and I do not think Screen Mobile could have done a better job or provided better customer service. Once I saw Chris's work, I hired A&M to build 2 more custom screens, re-screen another patio screen and a window screen. From now on, I will only use A&M for all of my window needs! read more

My experience with A & M Window Service could not have been better. On a Saturday afternoon, Carl came to the house within an hour of our phone call. My huge poodle took out the front window of our house in December, so we really needed it fixed as soon as possible. Carl not only fixed it, but he fixed it more reasonably than any other business in the area would have charged in the middle of the week. And by the way, the window looks great too! read more

RUN, DON'T WALK FROM A&M WINDOWS. INCOMPETENT BEYOND BELIEF! I would have given zero if it were an option. I had multiple companies bid replacement windows for my home. Chris from A&M came out, was very friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable about window replacement. Chris said it was an easy job and would require 2 installers and a ladder to access the window. So, I accepted a bid from A&M for replacing 2 fixed windows on Sept. 14, 2017, and paid a 20% deposit. The job was scheduled for October 13 (30 days after accepting the bid). However when the installers arrived for the install, i was informed that they had not bid the job correctly and that they would not be able to do the install without having a hydraulic lift to access the window. The lift would cost extra so my bid went up 50%. I was not happy with the new bid, but having already paid a 20% deposit I reluctantly agreed. At this point, unfortunately, I was informed that A&M was at least 30 days out on scheduling, so i would have to wait ANOTHER month for the rescheduled install. So, again, I reluctantly agreed because I just wanted to get the windows installed. Fast forward to November 8th, the second time A&M came out to do the install. This time Chris arrived first, without the lift. He said his partner had to go pick up the lift and would meet us shortly. While talking with Chris he received a phone call from his partner saying that his truck had broken down and that the lift was also broke, so they would have to call me back to let me know when they could get the new lift. I waited and waited, but no call from Chris or A&M. So the next day I had to call them and ask what was up? After getting transferred around the phone system, Carl got on the line and I was informed that I would have to wait ANOTHER 30 days because their schedule was so backed up. I CANCELLED THE JOB IMMEDIATELY. It was bad enough that i had to change my schedule twice to accommodate the installers, missing work, moving business meetings and having to delay picking up my child from school, I had to move furniture twice to give them access to the spot where the window was. I had to call them, even after they said they would call me just to figure out what was up. I had to do all of this and I did not get the window installed nor did I receive a single apology. Just a roll of the eyes and a "sometimes things like this happen" ... Total BS! ON HASSLE AFTER ANOTHER! A&M CAN DO BETTER and SO CAN YOU - my advice, find another window company! read more
