He gave me a fair price and an approximate window when he would be available for the work. True to his word, he called me a while later to let me know it was my turn. Once he laid eyes on the suitcase, he talked me through the different ways in which he could attempt the repair. I greatly appreciated this and felt very confident in his abilities because of this.
