They delivered flawless work - exceptional wax job, every door frame and crevice meticulously cleaned, and the interior looks amazing. I ended up waiting one hour before it was my turn in the small lobby. Luckily, I brought reading material. The service of exterior and interior car wash took about 30 minutes for my sedan. Everyone was very pleasant, and most of my car was cleaned spectacularly. Looking through my windshield has never been more HD! However, there was a small area near the rear door that was missed. Mine was considered a small SUV. It has three rows of seats. I clean houses for a living and I am a perfectionist. I must say this owner Chris works by himself,so he knows the job is done right, and I must say he did a spectacular job! He met my standards by cleaning every nook and cranny even under things. He did not miss the door jams. He did a great job on the windows. He did the inside and the outside of my truck. It looks like and smells like a new truck and it is a 2009. He even got the stuff off the outside of the doors by the mirror. He also went out of his way and picked me up and dropped me off at home home. I politely asked if he could select my prepaid wash option, and he told me he was not supposed to help customers with that. What made the interaction frustrating was that I had just watched him assist the vehicle directly in front of me at the kiosk. I completely understand if there is a policy limiting employee assistance, but policies should be applied consistently. The interaction left me feeling dismissed and was not the level of customer service I expected. I wanted to share the feedback so management is aware.
