I was recently widowed back in the early 2000's. Ralph knew my situation because my husband had been a customer of his for many years. My son's car needed some repair...so we scheduled an appt and took it to Ralph. We drove it to Ralph's so we knew it was drivable when we took it there. Ralph called a day or two later and told us that it couldn't be fixed. I inquired about getting the brand new tires from the vehicle. He said I couldn't because it is illegal for him to have the car up on blocks. I said I would let him know what we wanted to do. I called the next morning .. and said we wanted to come get it. He said it was not drivable. I called like a week or so later when I finally got someone to tow it (as he was to busy)...?he told me that it had been savaged. Then about a month later, he called me asking for the title??? I am not sure he needed the title for the salvage yard? I think that he had fixed it and was going to sell it. Even though I had the title, I never sent it to him. He called again and told me that it was ok he would get it from the DMV... not sure how that was possible. So if you are thinking about going here.. DON'T!

They're being reported to the Attorney General who will hopefully look into suspending their license to operate. Absolutely disgraceful the way they have taken advantage of customers through the years!
