Why 4 stars vs 5: I would rate the quality of the repair as B+. My goal was "you'd only know it was there if you knew what to look for" because it was on textured plastic bumper which I knew would be impossible to make look perfect. I'd say they did that for the most part. I don't think most people will even know it is there. But from a "perfect" standpoint the one area they sanded down they sanded too far down and there is a "flat spot" (see photo). There is also some runs in the paint (see photo). Again, this is on bottom edge of bumper so I'm splitting hairs. I only share that because if you want "perfect, like it never even happened" you probably want to just go to a full on body shop. If you are good with "pretty good" then you'll probably be happy.
