I phoned to make an appointment, I was told to book online, which I did. booked online in appointment they did not show and they confirmed to come the appointment two weeks in advance. I even got two texts confirming the online appointment. I called to confirm as well they still did not show and they were busy 3 to 4 weeks out. these guys are a hot mess...talk to the owner had no clue about Customer Service nor booking online they told me if I booked online it is not confirmed. I got a confirmation when I booked online and I emailed it to him and he still did not honor that confirmation or appointment they have no technician, these guys are idiots with no clue, no customer service, can't run a business, as the others say 'beware' and don't even use this business!!!!! read more

I used a Groupon in effort to get all of my windows cleaned inside and out. This is how I found ANS cleaning services. Austin came out and was very professional and thorough. He has a very laid-back and kind demeanor. It's so nice to have all of my windows clean, what a difference. I had him replace the screen on my sliding door, and he did not have enough material and showed up promptly the next day to take care of that small item. I would definitely recommend him. read more

I had a scheduled appointment for between 7:30 am and 10:30 am on Nov 23rd. At 10:00 am I received a call from a nice young lady saying she was calling to reschedule my appointment? I said , "I didn't ask to reschedule my appointment , I am expecting him in the next half hour." She said , "oh yeah , he can't make it today ( with no explanation) and he won't have availability until after the first of the year, so let's go ahead and get you on the books for January!" I said , " no thank you" and exited the call. This is an unfortunate and disappointing way to conduct business. Sadly, I will go elsewhere now. read more

Bought a Groupon for 40 interior and exterior. Apparently I had 104 window panes. Many of which were 12 inches or so large and they wanted to increase the price to $1100 for washing them. Ridiculous. Went with only 80 exterior windows and paid extra for screens. Big ripoff if you ask me. My window look ok but not fantastic. Not worth the vemdor. read more

Extremely satisfied. Chris arrived on time and did the whole house in about one hour, including interior and exterior panes, and screens. He did a great job, now windows look like brand new! We were ok with the actual cleaning job. The communication and scheduling were the problem. We has a groupon deal we paid $200 for 40 "window panes." The follow up we did on the phone to schedule. That was in August, and the work was just done now in late Sep. There should have been extra care taken in the phone booking to say, "we charge per each pane of glass, so in a regular window *frame*that equals 2 *panes.* In your house with 47 window *frames* we would be charging for 94 window *panes*, with your groupon covering 40 and the balance of 50-plus costing another $500 or so." We canceled the inside cleaning and had only the outside done, to keep the extra payment at $50 instead of $500. Whatever they say on the website we had not seen, and the phone conversation needed to be much clearer. read more

After a cancellation on their part for an emergency and a cancellation due to heavy drizzle and safety concerns, Chris cleaned our windows. Chris was courteous and was quick. I noticed that one window upstairs was not cleaned about an hour after he left. I called and left a message, sent emails and sent a text message all with no response. BUYER BEWARE! A&S uses DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING (through Groupon) and commits FRAUD/FALSE ADVERTISING. They claim they will clean panes (not windows). Which means they charge per pane and not per window. If you're not paying close attention to the use of their language, they will steal your money. Most windows have several panes per window so you will only get half your windows cleaned. You will then ask them to clean all of your windows which is when they will upsell you into an extra $200 or more. This is fraudulent behavior. WRITE THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY'S GENERAL OFFICE of your state. Also, consider taking them to small claims court. This company is unethical and just might be breaking consumer protection laws. Groupon will do nothing to help you as A&S will mark that the Groupon has been redeemed. Chris and his crew showed up on time and did a good job cleaning our windows. Some of our dual pane windows lost their argon and Chris showed me where the window info was located (on the track as well as etched into the corner of the glass). I found A&S thru Groupon, which was a good deal for the first 20 window panes. The normal cost for cleaning added up quickly as I have a lot of windows, so I paid for all the upper windows and will do the lower windows myself. The price is not the lowest on the market but you get A deal with Groupon and if you book your next appointment you get 25% off. The general rule of thumb is with industrial vendors you get what you pay for. They earned every penny and did an exceptional job. I had a previous window cleaner who is obviously not customer service savvy or maybe doesn't care. I would've used his company again but the pricing quoted was double in his correspondence was rude and horrific. Windows looked good after the cleaning except for one that I think was missed in the cleaning. I paid extra for my screens to be cleaned but I was not happy with that service. I noticed that they still looked dirty and so rubbed my finger along one and it came back black. I cleaned my sliding glass door screens with wipes and it took about 20 wipes to get the remaining dirt off. See picture below. read more

I felt bad for the gentleman showing up on one of the worse air quality days in the world. This is during the wide fires. He showed up with no mask on, this was very concerning for him and myself. I was very surprised to see him to say the least. Nice guys but the quality of work is poor. Windows were not as clean as I have expected. What it was is a brush with a light pressure wash. Upon removing my screens I noticed the tracks needed to be cleaned so I added the cleaning service for the tracks to the job with additional cost. Regretted. It was a terrible job. He only cleaned the inside did not open the window to clean the outside for the screen track. He just wiped it down. Looks like I will be spending my weekends to clean them. Not worth it. Spend a extra $ with the right people and get the job done right. read more

I purchased the service for up to 20 panes through Groupon. Be advised that most windows they count as 2 panes. They needed to move my appointment the 1st time (from a Monday to a Friday) for an employee injury (understandable). I was fine with that and explained I was showing the house to potential renters the following morning (Saturday), so Friday still worked for me. The arrival time was 7:30-9:30am. They said I'd get a 30-min call ahead of his arrival. At 9am I called to check and see that it was still hapennning, as I had heard nothing. They said he was in the field and they would have him call me to update me on his arrival time. Hours later, still nothing. I called again and they then explained they had over-booked themselves and would need to move my appointment again. I explained this would not work for me as I needed to show the property the following morning- I asked if they could move someone else who 1) hadn't already been rescheduled 1x and 2) didn't have a deadline to get this done. The young lady was empathetic and said she understood, would see what they could do and she or Austin would call me back. They never did. Then, days later Austin calls to schedule it for Monday. He stated I had almost 2x the 20 allotted panes, unless I wanted to pay more (it does seem they advertise it in a way to confuse people and most probably end up paying above the Groupon for the full service). I decided to ave him just clean all exterior and dust the screens because at this point just wanted to be done with A&S. I would not recommend this company. read more

I even asked if there would be any hidden costs more than once- as I anticipated such working with past window companies. I was told this is what I would pay. My windows and glass doors look stunning! After much pollen and dust buildup I scheduled with A&S via Groupon and I am very happy with the results. Austin was on time and completed the work in two hours, which included second story windows, screens, and window tracks. I plan to get on the schedule for next year with a quoted discount. Overall, the service was fine. HOWEVER, caveat emptor! They charge by the PANE, not by the WINDOW. So my great coupon deal with Groupon was not so great and they charged me an extra $90 (almost doubled the cost) because I had 29 PANES, not 11 windows as I had counted them. I schedule the appointment by phone and after 2 reschedule requests from them due to bag weather, we were able to get back on fairly quickly after. I received texts and email reminding me of the upcoming appointment including one that let me know they were on their way. Austin arrived on time and got right to counting windows with me for the ones I wanted included. When done, I was told that the pane count would be 36 so I paid for the extra ones not covered by the Groupon. He worked efficiently and with no disruptions. Austin arrived when stated and immediately put on protective slippers in the house to discuss the job. He counted the windows I pointed out and gave me a price. In my case he did 22 windows, inside and out with screens brushed (included). More options were available for additional prices. He set to work quietly and efficiently. He was done in about 1 hour. I was delighted to hear he could also clean my solar panels and clean our rain gutters (more chores we neglect to do). We booked him to return and got a 25% discount .
