They never responded to my request for a quote. But when I called their phone number, I was able to speak to somebody. They asked me what area I'm located and after I told them, they said that they do not service my area. Okay, no problem with me. I can look for someone who does service my area. Two weeks later, someone showed up at my house and it was Andy's Rain Gutters. I just told him that I had already hired someone else for my project and then he left. I don't know how they do business telling a customer that they don't service the area and then they show up at your doorstep unannounced. This is bad customer service. read more

Trying to get an appointment and confirmation was poor. After the appointment was finally set up the estimator showed up 5 hours early, fortunately I was home. After the estimator did his walk around I was told I would receive an estimate with diagram in a couple of days. I waited 6 days for the estimate via email which was poorly illustrated and a lack of footage information around the house.
