"Do you want movement in the ends?" was the only question asked. When I asked what options on the menu would look good and take the least amount of time, my stylist responded, "We only have you in for 30 minutes, so we're just going to give you a regular blow." At Plush, if you tell them that you want a Vava Voom or a Pin-Up or a regular blow, the response is always the same: "Ok." ESPECIALLY when I call them a month in advance to book a "blow dry". If these people want repeat, GOOD business, they'd better cut the attitude and explain the nuances of their services a little better. Otherwise, I'm going to go to their competitors a few miles away.

I've experienced great customer service there but today I left feeling very angry. I booked my usual 30 minute blowout and the stylist took longer than my usual person, causing the next appointment to start late. Rather than being a bit more professional about it, they then blamed it on me for not booking a 60 minute blowout, trying to embarrass me in front of the other clients. I explained that I've booked the 30 minutes in the past, but she still spoke to me as if this was entirely my fault which is absurd. I never had an issue nor was told to book 60 minutes in the past. I am not one to ever write bad reviews but I'm so shocked with my treatment so here I am. Never going back.
