I had my car towed because my car wouldn't start. After doing the diagnostic, it turns out I needed a new starter. They were able to fix it the same day at a fair price. The next morning, my car didn't start. I called the mechanic and he came to my house within 20 minutes. The mechanic assessed everything and told me that it was something wrong with the electrical system and I had to have my car towed back to the shop. After another review, it turns out that everything was fine with my car - I forgot to tell them that I had to reprogram my car key and because I was using the old key, my car wouldn't start. We had a good laugh at the shop. It was just a coincidence that my starter was going out so I was grateful that was able to get fixed. Also my car battery terminals were corroded and they cleaned it for me. Everyone in the shop was very much and they kept me updated throughout the day. I would definitely go back. read more

First time customer- Oil change. For $80 they went above and beyond! Not only did I get synthetic oil, they also aired out the dust in the engine. Added some coolant liquid. Replaced 2 of my filters, (I brought in my own for replacement) Inspected my tire pressure, AND screwed in a piece of the car that was hanging. Excellent service! I am happy and impressed. I was told that the boss here has over 25 years of mechanic service and 10+ years experience in servicing hybrid vehicles. So I will be bringing my Prius back here again. read more

I show up asking for a quote to repair my skid plate. I got a quote from another place for $45. This place first quotes me $150 probably because I'm 17 but I say I would like to go somewhere else to see if there's any other prices. After I tell him that he drops it to $100 but I still say I would like to see other places. Then I say I'll come back knowing I will not. After I said this he says if you come back I will charge you $200 in a very aggressive way. I do not recommend going to this place or trying to get their services and they barely speak English. The customer service it's terrible. 1/10 don't recommend. The person who said these things to me was the manager by the way. read more

Let me start off by saying I would have loved for this to be a good experience. It's in my neighborhood and would have been the ideal shop for me! Brought my vehicle in for a check engine light (which I already ran code and knew what I was working with) and an oil change. They charged me for the oil change and check engine diagnostics in which they never diagnosed my vehicle. I was told by the worker there (which they only have 1 that I've ever seen) that I would have to wait until the owner got back in town he had family stuff he was dealing with and would be back get this in a couple weeks. I was told to keep my paperwork and come back in. I'm was kind of Leary because I paid for a service and got no results but tried to wait... since I didn't receive what I paid for only the oil change I requested a refund and started a dispute with my bank in which the worked "claimed" he did the job and didn't! My check engine light was never diagnosed I went in telling him what the code was remind you. Today I went in and the guy told me there was a new owner and the process would start all over by me paying for another diagnostic. NO WAY!!!! It's bad business! I never received what I paid for the shops name has never changed. And I'm out the diagnostic charge which was $130. If you have money to waste I recommend this place! This business is a crook. They take your money, and they don't even do the real work on your vehicle. And then when something breaks, you call them for a warranty, and they don't even. Uphold the warranty on the parts I got brakes done. They charged me $900 and I still have strip bolts in my Calipers. Also i was chargedfor work and parts that wasnt done or put on. A & T Automotive Services was highly recommended to me from a very trustworthy friend. However, I still had reservations with bringing my vehicle to a new shop since I usually feel like I am getting swindled by the mechanics at Niello Porsche. I was sick of Niello's uppity attitude, and I was longing for a good, old fashioned mechanic that I could pull my vehicle into and find out if I needed to make an appointment, or not. This time around, I was happily wrong. I had been in communication with the owner, Avi, for a few months prior to bringing in my vehicle for routine maintenance, but when my Service light came on for an oil change, I had to make an appointment. I dropped my vehicle off when the shop opened, Avi met me and went over what he would be doing and how long it would take, pointed out that my front brakes were completely shot, took care of my transportation needs for the day, and had my vehicle ready by the time he said he would. On top of that, he had saved all of the parts that he replaced and the products that he used on my vehicle to show me (see photo)! The invoice that he prepared for me was meticulously handwritten and detailed all of the work that was done. His care and knowledge shows in his work and how he treats his customers. My car broke down (alternator gave up) and i had to pull in the parking lot to get out of the street. He asked me why am i parked in his parking, i told him that my car broke down so i had to pull in. Instead of him offering me help, he tells me that i can not stop there. Seriously?
