On Sunday morning I was attempting to open my garage door and it wouldnt budge! I tried everything but apparently the opener burned out. I called 2 different companies asking if they can come fix it that same day and to my disappointment they informed me that they could only come the next day. So I called A&T Garage Doors and they arrived at my house within the hour! They were very profesional and got straight to work. They informed me that the mother board circuit on the opener burned out because it was old. The old opener had no more working parts so the only option was to replace the entire opener. Today my garage door stopped working,for some reason it would not go up anymore so I called A and T garage door at 9 am. I had told them my garage door will not open and that I will need someone to come fix it since i was unable to get my car out. Tai came out the same morning he was very nice and took his time to explain to me how the garage door works and what needed to be fixed. Me and my wife got very old house from the 50's the garage door make crezzzzy noise , so i called A & T Garage Door, Alex answered, i told him i want to change my garage door he said let me check it first.They got coupon for 50% off service call so way not . He told me i got good working garage door no reason to replace it so we just change the springs small adjustments and the garage door work now so much smother no noise and it just move better . Tai (not sure of spelling his name) came very quickly, is friendly and seemed knowledgeable. he told us what to do to make our door operation more reliable - seems the sensors were not well mounted. sure enough when we re-attached and stabilizedwe liked that Tai was informative, but no hard sell - an honest guy and friendly, too. we plan to schedule him a bit later in the year for a service, full adjustment. we'll update our review soon. read more

Thank goodness there are good companies still out there! A & T Garage Doors is definitely one of them. It's no wonder my cell phone provider is AT&T. If companies had cousins these two would be related in terms of the exceptional service they both provide. I was trying to leave to work in the morning but my garage door wouldn't budge. I had parked my car inside my garage the night before and had no way of getting out. Too bad I don't drive a motorcycle maybe I could have carried it out through the side door. Nonetheless I called this company and explained to them my situation and that I needed them to come ASAP. They arrived 12 minutes later! I was very impressed considering the heavy traffic in the area. After a quick assessment of the situation they explained to me that the garage door was off track.
