I saw a circular offering 25% off before I checked out. The outside associate happened to be nearby and handled the transaction. He was very nice too. So the 25% off coupon bonus was applied to the fertilizer. With the discount and the free bag of bird seed I saved over 25 dollars and got the best retail service experience I've ever experienced! He didn't rush or cut any corners just because it was getting late, and I really appreciate the perfectionism and professional quality of the work! I am so glad I found this place, and even happier with the excellent service I received!! They have such a vast variety of wood, and I can see myself going back for a number of additional projects! I asked to speak with the manager after having me wait 34 minutes the guy Keith Davis said because I cut they won't return it....if it was not for me cutting it I would not have known it was defective. I said I would complain to the state apparently others have said that and this Keith Davis there is no recourse. Spend a little extra and go to a reputable place like a lumber yard Home Depot or Lowe's. I went in when the kitchen showroom was closed and he offered to open the doors, find my order and compare my samples to my actual cabinet door. This wasn't an easy task as the cabinets were packaged up in a pallet ready for delivery. Everyone from the front desk staff, cabinet designer Sonali, and the management have been extremely helpful and patient. This is why I ordered additional cabinets for my laundry room and mudroom from them. I do not hesitate to recommend CCLS!

We ordered a gas clothes dryer weeks ago and paid for installation. That date didn't work for us. I tried calling CRST to change the date and I was put on hold for over twenty minutes each time without ever speaking to a person. I then called Lowe's to explain the situation and I was told I should wait a "good thirty minutes on hold because they have a high volume of calls." This is absurd and unacceptable. I cancelled the complete order. Shame on Lowe's for not assisting a very good customer. Shame on CEST for very poor customer relations and service. I should also mention I called CRST three times so a good sixty minutes of my day I listened to their horrible music while on hold. Ridiculous. No wonder that Lowe's and CRST have such terrible reviews.

Derek was put in a tough situation where the driveway where the delivery could be placed was needed for a dumpster instead. There were not many places to put the load for a small house on a small street. He was able to suggest out of the box ideas and was able to expertly and quickly place all the huge pallets that took up nearly every foot of available space on the front of my property.
