That date didn't work for us. I tried calling CRST to change the date and I was put on hold for over twenty minutes each time without ever speaking to a person. I then called Lowe's to explain the situation and I was told I should wait a "good thirty minutes on hold because they have a high volume of calls." This is absurd and unacceptable. I cancelled the complete order. Shame on Lowe's for not assisting a very good customer. Shame on CEST for very poor customer relations and service. I should also mention I called CRST three times so a good sixty minutes of my day I listened to their horrible music while on hold. Ridiculous. No wonder that Lowe's and CRST have such terrible reviews.

Long turn-around-time, but he seemed to have no issue. Jump to this past summer. I needed some a new screen. I went to DB&S apparently right before most of the staff turned over. I worked with a salesman - got the right size, gave him my CC info and was told to expect a call when they come in in a few weeks (due to special order) -- No call, and to be honest; completely forgot about it until one day when I had an Oh-Sh** moment. I called them and was told that they "should be here" I stopped by a few days later (their hours are fine for builders, not consumers). New people complaining about the old people. Couldn't find my order or any trace of it. WTF. They make the re-order. They wanted to charge me. Umm No. I paid before. Some back and forth, they put the order in. -- Weeks after that, I get a call that they are in. Yay! Thankfully I work afternoons/nights one day a week. Go to pick them up. They CAN NOT FIND THEM. Cheese n Rice!! At this point, I am visibly upset. They seem apologetic. Say that someone else must have picked them up by accident ?!?!?! Order AGAIN. I ask if they can be delivered. "Sure" was the (proper) response. And I wrote down my address. -- Few days ago, I get a call saying that they are in (again!) And that I have a balance due. I searched through my bank, credit card records and found no trace of the original order. It seems Ding-Dong never @#%@ placed the order! So I go up there today. (I called first to make sure that they still had them! I even asked that they be brought up front so they don't get legs) -- I walk in, get the screens. I mention the process, history, etc.. ZERO response. NO apology. NO acknowledgment of the ordeal. I knew before today that I was completely done with them. I'd rather pay double than deal with these people again. They are SO dead to me.
