They picked our order and were riding the warehouse palette jack, screwing around, which caused a few of our boxes to topple order. We're relieved nothing was damaged but I wonder what OSHA would have to say about that. Also why does the staff here never, ever, ever pickup the phone? We tried calling the store over a dozen times for a quick question, over the course of a few days, and nobody ever picked up...
