Also, the bill was covered by the other insurance company, but we were very nervous about the price climbing to the point that the car would be totaled (it's a really old Tesla, 10+years), and Aaron stayed in touch with us about it and somehow stayed under the threshold. During the inspection, they found that there were some other issues underneath the car and that a few parts needed to be replaced. Peter still kindly helped me get everything fixed without charging me anything. I truly appreciate Peter's kindness and generosity, and I felt very touched by the way they treated me. I believe many auto repair shops would not be able to provide this kind of help for free. A big thank you to Peter and the technician who worked on my car.
