Had the corn dog nuggets and cheese curds and loved them both! Staff were very quick and friendly and the place was clean.

My first and maybe my last time. I stopped by as I was driving through Los Banos and their sign caught my eye! I love their root beer so I thought I would be amazed... NOPE! My fries were cold, the burger was blah and very messy. I waited in line for 20 minutes and the only thing I was happy about was the root beer float. Just didn't "Wow" me. The burger was so messy it was even leaking through the paper and needless to say it got on my lap and on my seat. Not a happy camper. read more

You know when you want something so bad, it's all you can think about? You just crave it and crave it, and can't live without it? You can almost taste it on your lips, and really need to put it in your mouth? After driving by this place on the way to a work thing, I really wanted a root beer float. Ridiculously bad. I thought about it all throughout the work thing, and could not wait to have said root beer float. My car mate and I were going to just do the drive through, but because she had to use the potty (the nerve), we went in. And possibly encountered the cutest fast-food counter worker on the entire planet. This girl was so sweet, I just wanted to keep her forever. ALL TEENAGERS SHOULD ASPIRE TO BE THIS GIRL. Even when I pointed out that one of their menus said "nugets" instead of "nuggets", she just simply laughed at my joke, kept me on track, and served us very quickly. Why the 4 stars? Because of this girl. Her unblemished personality and great customer service made me doubly glad I stopped. Although if I ever have a reason to go back to this particular location, I hope they fixed the sign. read more

This is not an old restaurant so the poor appearance is simply because of neglect! The bathroom was filthy and there was soap in the dispenser but no paper towels or air dryer. The floors of the restaurant were very sticky. There is no excuse for this except bad management. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I've understand that the dining areas of restaurants get dirty, especially fast food restaurants. However there is a line between understandably dirty and disgusting. We stopped here on our way to San Francisco to grab a bite to eat and use the restroom. We arrived at 11:20am ahead of a traditional lunch rush. The first clue should have been that the downdraft blowers over the front doors felt weak. The second clue was when the men's bathroom in a restaurant that serves chicken and beef smelled like fish. After placing our order we grabbed a seat and immediately began to be swarmed by flies. Now I'm not talking one or two persistent flies, I'm taking about squadrons of flies diving like Japanese Zeros on kamikaze runs. Looking around I noticed flies on all the windows. It was then that I noticed that the wildly angled picture hanging on the wall was not only hanging by just one corner, but was also smeared with food and barbecue sauce. I looked up at the red plenum above our table and noticed white spots all over it. They were dried spit wads. Looking around further I noticed that the rubber floor mats were all on top of the trashcan/food tray receptacles instead of on the floors in front of them. This would make sense to do during cleanup at closing time, or even early in the shift while sweeping and moping. However by 11am they should be back down on the floor. The whole dining room looked dirty and run down. Just as I was thinking this a lady at another table told the people with her "This place is really run down." I'm not sure if they heard her over the buzzing of the swarms of flies around their heads. The food was acceptable though nothing special. The flies however seemed to really like it. read more

The wife and I had a craving for KFC so I bopped on over and got a bowl and some of the new boneless chicken pieces. I will never crave KFC ever again! It was awful! The crispy chicken pies (3 breasts) were cooked way ahead of time and the breading was soft, slightly soggy. Bit down into one piece and found this soft yucky grey stuff; turns out is was uncooked breading. A horrible experience that won't be repeated! read more

Well how do I start this review see I was driving by because I was headed to gilroy so I diced to stop by and grab something quick to eat went through the drive throw as me and my girlfriend order we preceded to go to the window to pay Eva's was are cashier she toke are payment the. Precedes to tell us to reverse the car back out of view of them to wait for are food until it was ready witch I find very strange because that's never happened to us and well we do what she says and then we get are food and we decide to park. And eat the food and we knowledge other cars going throw the drive throw to see if they where doing the same thing to them but no I looked liked it was only done to us know I feel like we where discriminated against for being part of the LGBQ community because that's what it felt like as we where the only car they did that to I feel like I want to take legal action against this because they should respect and discriminate so I will not ever return to this location again read more

We have traveled throughout the United States and this is by far one of the worst fast food establishments. We stopped in to get food, but first went to the bathroom...GROSS! I wouldn't even use the facilities and sure wouldn't eat there. I did however decide to take a look around the lobby, dining area, and the part of kitchen that was visible. This place doesn't look like it's been cleaned in a very long time. The health department and Corporate offices should have a look. read more

God this place is disgusting. I ordered a bunless burger and they were completely clueless and took forever to make it. I mean U would think it would be a lot faster since it has no bun but I guess not. When I received the bunless burger it tasted so gross I didn't even finish it. I ended up giving it to my dog and he didn't even want to eat it and that's saying something cause my dog eats everything. So I do NOT recommend A&W here in Los Banos. It's the worst A&W I've ever been too. other A&Ws know what a bunless burger or a lettuce wrapped burger is. read more

I guess we should have read these reviews before we decided to eat here. when they called us up to get our order My husband was told that they just accidentally gave his order of potato wedge to someone in the drive thru and now they are out but he can have the regular fries instead. Myself and son had cheeseburgers that were cold. I told them my hamburger was cold, thing they would make a fresh one... Nope, I watched them take it out of the wrapper and warmed it up in the microwave Then wrapped in a new wrap..... They for got our drinks, and our root beer freeze was awful...... Eating areas were dirty I could go on but I'm just disgusted ! Can't believe they are still in business read more

My son loves to eat here once in a while when hes in the mood for some kentucky fried chicken. The prices are ok and the service is too.

Two weeks later I go back and again, no pot pies. 20 minute wait. This staff needs some serious direction!

Disgusting. That about sums up my experience. Stopped here instead of any of the other fast food options while headed to the Valley. Restrooms were filthy. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo. Went to get my root beer (it is A & W) to find the machine empty. I pointed it out and was told they were out of root beer! Food came and my fries were burnt to a crisp. I don't usually do fast food but we stopped in get French fries for our son. A disgrace. The fries felt like they were made he day before and reheated. A total disgrace. On top of that the old man in the back who I assume was the cook in the back keep ogling over the young girls ordering food next to me. The only think tolerable was the nice young girl working the register. The old man obviously ogles her too as she kept asking him to stop staring at her. This place is a disgrace. Should be shut down. But then again every place we were driving past made McDonald's seem like a good place to eat. Ick! Won't be driving through Los Banos ever again. read more

Our cashier, Jason, really had not clue which made the start of our visit here more painful that it had to be. Found the food to be very small portions, the mac and cheese was just a small clump in the middle and didn't even fill the dish, took a picture will post later. The entire front staff was very much confused about what all they had and at first didn't even know if they had crunchy chicken to offer until someone from the back yelled out they had plenty of everything. It wasn't like it was busy or they had just opened for we stopped mid day and there were only a couple other guests already seated and eating. Our order was miss rung by Jason, was to be a combo but he rang it in as each separate item so our advertised combo went from being around $6 to over $9 each plus drinks. We got our food and talked to the girl I'm guessing was the supervisor for the shift but that got us no where as she seemed out in left field as well. Very slow, disorganized, and poor guest service was our experience and see why others have rated them with so few stars. We won't be stopping at this location again when passing through. read more
