The staff need to be trained better. This is my third time going to them since they reopened, thinking that with time they would be better, but the staff crack under pressure and do not know how to handle a rush. Right now in our small town this is better than McDonald's. This A&W restaurant all their food is top notch, and looks like the pictures!!

The manager was very rude to a worker with a disability and I brought it up to her and she would not give me my food or my money back. I really hope that A&w can fix this so that families would like to come back there more ever since that lady took over the parking lot and drive-thru have been pretty slim and that hard-working guy that works his tail off. A&W is one of the best fast food places there is, traditional Americana at it's finest! I happened to be driving through the area when I saw the sign and had to stop in. Was glad I did! Root beer, coney dogs and onion rings this time around and could not have been happier with the food or the service. I hit the drive thru so cannot say how the inside was, but drive thru service was nice and fast. Will stop in again my next time in the area. read more

I've stopped at this location many times in my life going out to Wisconsin to see family from Minneapolis. Passed through again today on Christmas Eve. Staff was friendly, service prompt, and very clean. Papa Burger was as delectable as ever. It's a small family run franchise so it deserves a review for an excellent experience. read more

I wrote a review about this place back in 2017 and it wasn't good. Since then, regardless of the pandemic, Service and wait times are still awful in fact probably worse since 2017. i've Been there multiple times over this last summer and i'd say at least 3 out of 5 times they have forgotten something in my order. Between that issue, the long wait times, Service I'm surprised the place is still open. To be fair though the service and bad attitudes have improved but in replace of it they've lost quality and concentration on what the Orders actually have included and paying attention that those orders are fulfilled correctly. The way the economy is dying and the Extreme shortage and inflation issue the US is facing which is getting worse by the hour, I'm predicting that this place will end up closing down by 2023 because no one is going to be able to afford fast food let alone fast food that has lost its quality and common sense I know its harsh but sometimes the truth can really sting. If they want a review that doesn't sting so bad, then I suggest Improving in all areas of the business starting with the ones I listed first or the future for this restaurant in my small town will result in more job losses and a restaurant that won't be able to make ends meet. read more

We were in line over 30 minutes and people in front of us demanded their money back because they had been waiting the same amount of time for a burger and drink. We ended up leaving the line after waiting 30 plus minutes for our food. I was glad we hadn't paid yet. They had multiple staff milling about but Nobody came to the window to tell us what the hold up was. Poor customer service. And this occurred around 200 Saturday afternoon. read more

This place is very shitty, and the management is rude to their employees! They had a 10 year old running the register, and none of the employees were wearing gloves. Also the food was very disgusting. Don't waste your money. Would give 0 stars if I could. read more

Passing through, I decided to stop and grab a bite. Bad thunderstorm passing through the area with heavy rain. Luckily I walked in when I did because they were starting to close up. It was 7 pm but I overheard that the owner had called and told the staff to close up shop. While I was waiting for food there was another lady walk in only 3 minutes behind me and the girls working told her they were closing up. All she wanted was ice cream and they weren't that far into closing that they couldn't have served her. Food was ok but disappointed in customer service. read more
