A technician came, charged the fee, and left. After that visit, my AC system started having electrical problems. When I contacted the company, they first told me I would have to pay again if I wanted them to come back and check it. After I posted a negative review on Facebook, someone from the company called me and asked me to remove the review and promised they would take care of the issue. Today I waited about four hours for their technician to arrive. When he finally came, he called his manager and then told me they would not fix anything and that I needed to talk to the manager again. They left without doing anything. My AC problem is still not resolved. I'm sharing my experience so others can be careful before using this company.
