We recently used Leon Plumbing for the 1st time to service one of our apartment units for a leak under the bathroom sink. We were very pleased with how easy Sev is to reach & how quickly he was able to come out to the property. We asked for feedback from the tenant and my tenant said that he was great and quickly took care of the issue. Most plumbers now charge a service charge just to come out and diagnose the issue, with apartment units this added expense can add up throughout the year. We appreciate that he was able to diagnose without charging the extra fee and we found his price to be reasonable. So far - So Good! We will be giving him a call in the future. read more

Leon Plumbing installed an outdoor Rinnai tankless water heater for our house and they do the annual tankless water heater service, too. Leon Plumbing is an authorized Rinnai dealer who does an excellent and neat work. A few days ago, our hot water stopped running and I called Leon Plumbing. Sev came out ASAP and fixed our problem. The ashes and debris from recent wildfire (Eaton Fire) caused Venturi blockage. If you live in a wildfire affected area, you might end up with no hot water from your outdoor tankless water heater without any warning like me. BTW, Sev fixed our tankless water heater at no charge since our annual full service is coming up in a couple of months. That was a very thoughtful and considerate gesture from Sev. read more

I have a Rinnai tankless water hater that was not supplying us with hot water, and 2 different plumbers had tried to improve it already. 2 stars because the technician was so nice at arrival but they never actually fixed our issue. And they were very difficult to reach. Sink was filling up with water. Tech drained the sink and said we didn't need a new garbage disposal yet. Two months later same issue. They came out again. Tech was super nice. Drained the sink but immediately after he left it filled with water again. Called the owner but was told I'd have to pay again to have them come back even though he had just left and i just paid. Also never got a new disposal i requested despite following up. Wanted to love this local company so much but just can't recommend. Called a different company and they came out right away and fixed everything for us for less money. read more

Our tankless water heater suddenly started throwing off error codes and not giving hot water. Their team came immediately and did thorough cleaning and testing. They were very friendly and professional. It took a couple days to figure out why the tankless kept failing. But they were responsive with every issue that arose. We used Leon Plumbing for a full house repipe from our old galvanized piping, to Copper, plus a hot water heater relocation and upgrade to a tankless outside. They did an amazing job and worked with a crew of 3-4 people to make sure to get the job in a timely fashion. They showed up early, on time, and had a battle plan on how to tackle this project. I called tow other plumbing services and obtained estimates to install two tankless water heaters to replace ancient 50 gal. and 40 gal. tank water heaters. He called me back right away and kept his appointment time. He carefully explained how it would work best and his estimate was lowest. One water heater was located in a utility closet on the side of the house. He came up with the idea of taking the door off and installing an outdoor tankless water heater which saved me money by not having to install venting up to the roof. He also followed up with me by providing me with the SoCal Gas Co. and manufacture's rebate information which will save me another $1800! read more
