I had visitors coming from abroad so I needed my HVAC to work as soon as possible. AES (confusing because I believe it's Antey in Google maps) offered me a free diagnosis and they told me that I needed to replace the HVAC machines. So I had given a thought and decided to replace it. I called them on Friday afternoon to make an appointment to install a new HVAC. They came the next day, Saturday, and finished all in one day! It's some kind of next level service that we don't usually expect in the States. My only complaint is that they installed a new system so that I cannot run the AC unit while my louvered door is closed -- I will need to somehow change the door later after my guests leave. My HVAC unit needed work done because water was leaking out of the ceiling air vent. I went on Yelp to solicit bids and this is how I came across Antey Engineering. Something clicked right away just exchanging initial info and they felt like really professional and good people. I scheduled them to come right away and they were the most responsive. I met Tim who was fabulous in diagnosing and explaining all the details. We even went on the roof to look at the condenser unit together. After Tim's assessment, I also lined up 3 other companies to do compares. Each one seemed to confirm that Tim gave me the right information. And, I sent the detailed quotes to a good friend in the business, who absolutely recommended I go with Antey Engineering. After the decision late Sunday, Tim and Alex came out early Tuesday to start the AC replacement. They were prompt and worked diligently to get the job done. My A/C broke late at night after a very hot day. They responded right away that night to my inquiry if they could come fix it the next day. They sent me a few window options and offered to diagnose the issue for free with no service visit charge if I decided to do the work. Their technician Bohdan sent me text updates in the morning to let me know his ETA, arrived promptly and replaced the condenser and filled up my unit with freon. It was hot so I desperately agreed to the price, but after doing a bit of googling, the pricing does seem to be very fair.
