So I had given a thought and decided to replace it. I called them on Friday afternoon to make an appointment to install a new HVAC. They came the next day, Saturday, and finished all in one day! It's some kind of next level service that we don't usually expect in the States. My only complaint is that they installed a new system so that I cannot run the AC unit while my louvered door is closed -- I will need to somehow change the door later after my guests leave. My A/C broke late at night after a very hot day. They responded right away that night to my inquiry if they could come fix it the next day. They sent me a few window options and offered to diagnose the issue for free with no service visit charge if I decided to do the work.
