BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!…read more I paid $700 in October 2024 to this company, Elite Massage for a massage package but I never received the massages due to a medical situation outside of my control and they refuse to refund my money. Elite massage are rude crooks and they don't care at all about their clients. I have several unexpected complications following my surgery and I am now in and out of the hospital. I kindly reached out to them and explained my situation and asked for a refund but they said NO. Even though I never received the massages and didn't even have a chance to make an appointment for the massages, they said NO. I went into the hospital a few days after I paid them $700 and I have been in and out of the hospital since then. I can't afford to lose $700, I'm a single mom of 4 children and I loss my job due to my now ongoing medical issues and my medical bills are mounting each day. I don't wish this situation on anyone! I reached out to them again a couple of weeks ago but they didn't respond at all. I asked if we could come to some sort of agreement but they are not responding to me at all. I have no choice but to report this company. BEWARE OF ELITE MASSAGE!!!

But be careful with the front desk person as the Groupon's are for 50 or 70 minutes and she tricked me the second time by asking if I was back for the 1 hour special and I said yes. At end of massage when I went to pay, I showed her the picture of the Groupon price and paid her cash and she then demanded $15 extra because I got the "60 min" massage and not the 50 minute one on Groupon. But that was my fault for not catching the switch and bait. If you're looking for a quiet spa setting, then this isn't the place for you due to high level noise floating in from all the mall traffic and the staff chatting to each other in Chinese in between sheeted stalls. However, my main complaint is that they rotate in different untrained male masseurs and female masseuses in each week. Maybe this is their training facility for their other day spas? Ive only met one person who understood any English - you do need to tell the receptionist what ailments you have ( shoulder, back, etc) so she can translate to masseuses but that doesn't help when you ask them to stop using their elbows during the massage when it gets painful as they just continue as if you weren't talking to them at all. The first masseuse I went to my first time was decent, worked hard but used their elbows way too much. My LAST time going there was beyond ridiculous. Has anyone ever had 4 DIFFERENT therapists work on them in a single session. No, not a 4 hand session. They switched 4 different individuals into my one 70 min session! I was assigned a male at front entry. He walked me to my stall, along with the receptionist, as I explained to him (and her) where I was having pain. The receptionist relayed to him my pain points and he showed me where to place my clothes as I prepared to get on table. Eyes closed, lying face down on table, i feel a very light touch pressing on me and look up out of face cradle to see a woman starting the massage. I casually asked if she was in wrong room and said "what happened to the man I was assigned whom I explained my issues too?" Obviously not understanding a word, except maybe "man", she just scuttled out. Clock running, an older man walks in about 4 min later , doesn't say hello and just starts the same routine over that she had already started. He worked on my back/arms for about 20 minutes and I hear all this chatter in the next stall. The third guy threw a black towel over my head which i didn't ask for (and that had never happened in other sessions). Then 2 min later without explanation, a 4th person starts working on me. Guess they thought the head over towel could hide the fact that they were once again switching practitioners. But the next set of hands were more calloused with a firmer deeper touch. I shouldn't complain as at least the last masseur appeared to have more training but the whole experience was unsettling. I wont be back !!!
