After seeing someone else post something similar I had to write this review. It's not just men they will try to touch inappropriately but women as well. I got an 1hr body massage where you unclothe, Andy was the employee giving the massage. I turned down inappropriate sexual advances and was then given a aggressive massage. I personally thought it was a moderately rough (but I had knots that needed to be worked out so I just bit down and went with it) turns out the next day my ENTIRE body was bruised. Easily 20 -finger to golf ball sized bruises on my body. That's just ridiculous. I'm not sure how they are still in business with these types of reviews as proof of their business ethics. I'm only giving them a one star because I can't go any lower. I went as a walk in around 4pm a week or so ago for a foot massage. They quoted me a price over the phone that was reasonable but when I went in, the lady kept pushing a longer, higher priced service. I caved in because I was already there and happen to have the exact change ($40) which she made me pay upfront before the massage. When I get to the chair, she takes about 10 mins to set up. She started on my head/neck but like 5 mins in gets up to talk to whoever walked in even though there were two other workers just sitting there. Anyways the massage was okay, but the place just gave me the creepiest most unsettling vibes. Once done, I get up and I mention that I have to run over to the 7-11 next door really quick to get cash for a tip. Either my masseuse didn't hear me or understand me but she just stands there and demands a tip. I reiterate myself and let her know I just used all my cash paying up front and need to go next door. For some reason that 7-11 was packed that day so when I get the cash I walked over to see her literally still standing in the doorway waiting for me. I was so turned off by this. Them forcing a tip is not right. We tip according to the services rendered. She was so weird and greedy. I always go to the nail shop next door and whenever I forget or don't have enough cash for a tip I run to the 7-11 and get some. They are way more professional and don't beg and demand tips like these people do. The service was okay and I would give them my business again but after that incident I will not be returning and I will also inform my friends and coworkers to not support. Do better. read more

I don't really ever write reviews, let alone negative ones because I know how very hard it is to start and run a small business. This establishment, however, is not only providing shoddy services, but is also using predatory tactics when it comes to tipping. I had been to this establishment several times before my last and most definitely final massage with them. I was a walk in, but it was a weekday during the day so it wasn't busy. I asked for the $50 combo massage to treat myself, and a small Asian woman led me to one of the chairs. The whole time during the massage I was thinking, "ok, now it's going to get better." It didn't. It became glaringly apparent that this masseuse had zero training as a masseuse and was simply rubbing lotion around superficially on my skin one minute and causing excruciating pain with her elbows the next. I have a curve in my spine and she showed no regard for this anomaly of mine, jamming her elbow and forearn straight into my spine even after repeated pleas to back off. When the massage was over, I went to the front desk to pay. I was glad to pay the $50 for the service, however, I felt that my masseuse did not earn a tip greater than $5. I mever leave without tipping, but i will tip as well as the service was. When I told them what I wished to tip her, both the owner and my masseuse began to argue with me that her tip needed to be $10. I was dumfounded. As far as I was concerned, she just lost all hope of ANY tip from me until they refused to give me my card back until I agreed to tip her $10. I finally decided to pay because I wanted to diffuse an increasingly heated and now public situation, as other clientele were now in the room, but after leaving, I called my husband. Needless to say, he was astounded that a business would be run that way, to brow beat customers into giving bigger tips, unreal! Well, as I was getting my nails done next door, unbeknownst to me, my husband went in and raised holy hell until they gave him the $10 back which was promptly used to tip my pedicurist for a job well done and money well earned. After spreading the word around about this...I've honestly never experienced anything like it in my life...I've since found out that they make a habit of doing this to customers. This is, unbelievably, common practice for them. Do not go here. They are not trained in massage, none of them (I've gotten mediocre massages from all three of them) and they will hold your card/money hostage if they don't like your tip amount. Went in with my daughter for a $15.00 foot massage. Salon looked clean, they got the job done. Only atmosphere complaint is the television on while a customer is trying to relax. We proceed to the counter to pay hand over a debit card, and I was prepared to leave a 20% tip, but was told that was not good enough. He wouldn't give me my debit card back until my daughter forked over $10.00 cash. This is totally unethical! The tip is only optional and at the discretion of the customer.
