After reaching out after hours for a quote, Rose called me back the next morning to understand our needs and schedule a time to come out. This was for my mom's house, so I asked if Rose could give me a 30 minutes heads up, and she did. She is knowledgeable of the products, and even gave a few design suggestions, and I am glad we listened. Once the shutters were ready, Al called to set up the installation. When the installation crew came out, they were very polite, and helpful. We are super happy with the end result. We called to get 3 quotes: 1 company quoted $9200 and were very high pressure, another company wanted to reschedule after missing the appointment but after I gave them the information from the first company he quoted $8900, and thankfully I called Opening Act who came in at $7900.
