He arrived ahead of the appointment time and wearing a mask. He removed his shoes without my asking. Assessed and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. Explained what the issue was. Charged me just for the service call. Was friendly and polite. Highly recommend!

He did a rapid and thorough diagnostic autopsy on it, testing each component that could be the culprit,,,,got the gas working, but the timer was on the fritz. He got the dryer working with an external timer on January 7th and came back on January 13th with a new timer. I think Dave could almost repair these appliances blindfolded......he is so familiar with them. Reasonable rates, was almost instantly available..... Little mom and pop repair center…read more They are one of the few places that open at 8am. Our dishwasher was giving us trouble, gave them a call, they were able to come out later in the afternoon and gave me a two hour window of when they would arrive. They arrived within the window, let me know what part needed to be ordered. I was able to find the part online and gave them a call two days later when it came in, they came back out and installed for me. I appreciate being given the part number and the option to find it cheaper when possible. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. And very prompt.

I brought it in to this store, and the fella ran it for a second, poked at it, then put on a new belt. Quick and easy! The charge was surprisingly low... the fella was a doll.
