My little dog Willow just spent 25 days with her while we were out of town for a summer vacation and I just cannot say enough good things about Rhonda! I was incredibly anxious about leaving my dog because we rescued her less than a year ago, she has a lot of anxiety and fear, and we'd never left her before. I actually cried when I dropped her off! Rhonda was so caring and loving - she totally understood my difficulty and assured me that Willow would be okay. She kept in touch with me the whole time, sending lots of adorable photos and videos. Willow actually blossomed while she was there. She became more socialized with both other dogs and her new human friends. She's a new dog! Rhonda even bathed her before I picked her up so she was smelling sweet. I will never take Willow anywhere else for boarding, and I will recommend Rhonda to all my pet-owning friends!! I came across camp bow wow before I even got my dog and knew if I ever did this is where they would go. Well I got a dog last year and here we are. I travel often so I knew I would need a place to board my dog whenever I went out of town, i reached out last October to set up a day so my dog can go and check them venue out the process is easy all online , I brought my pup in on October 30th, 2025 for Her intake day, i was nervous she wasn't too happy at first I went back home and waited the few hours and came back to get her and she passed. We booked her for her first stay for Thanksgiving and into the weekend, the boarding process is a simple process, you bring their food and toys and pet bed so they feel more at home give them feeding instructions and give your fur baby some Love before you go, we paid for cuddle time so she got some 1:1 attention, I was nervous leaving her there for so many days but they have cameras you can watch to see them and that makes me more comfortable being able to see my pet. I chose this establishment because of The great reviews and camera access the staff is amazing you can tell they truly love animals, Mine can be a little snappy with people but they are patient with her and I appreciate that, I want to take her to daycare more to be more socialized around people and pets so we are excited to be apart of the camp bow wow family, thank you PP and I are grateful for you!

Tracie checked us out and I think she may need a little more training. I bring All Abby's things in a little suitcase and her pillow. This makes it easier for me to bring back and forth as I am disabled with a bad back. Well, Tracie made 3 trips to get all of Abby's things and didn't put them into the suitcase and I had to remind her 3 times what were Abby's things. This made it difficult when I got home for me as I had to schlep all this stuff into the house because if I walk more than 30 steps I am almost falling down and in great pain! Don't get me wrong Tracie is a very sweet girl and wants to help. I only mention this because this is the first time Abby's things were not already packed up and waiting which surprised me! I will always take Abby there because of the GOOD CARE she receives! I am not a person who habitually complains but I believe in bringing things that need be to someone's attention so they can be corrected!

Stephy is absolutely amazing at what she does. She's incredibly knowledgeable in her field and made the entire experience both fun and educational. Over the course of six weeks, we saw such a positive transformation in our puppy, Moose. The group class was small and intimate, which made it easy for both of us to be involved in the training process. What we really appreciated is that Stephy wasn't just training our puppy she was also teaching us about puppy behavior, communication, and how to be better dog parents. She was so patient with us (and Moose!) every step of the way. Moose genuinely looked forward to going to class every week, which says a lot. Thank you so much, Stephy, for everything. The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and friendly and she's always so happy to see them. They stream both the indoor and outdoor play areas and it's so fun to check on her and see her playing with the other dogs. She comes home happy and tired and I always know she's been well cared for. Our beautiful girl is 1/2 husky, 1/4 german shepherd, 1/4 border collie, and it's absolutely worth the money to get her groomed than attempt to do it ourselves. They do an amazing job and are super fast. $90 is what I've paid both times and that price is VERY REASONABLE compared to other places I have shopped around. The ladies at the front have been nothing but kind and assured me that she would be in good hands. She is a little anxious, so they very generously gave some calming treats for free to try to see if that would help as other treats have been unsuccessful.
