When we arrived at the showroom during their posted hours, a blinking "open" sign greeted us. However, the door was locked and had a piece of paper taped up instructing to call for an appointment to see the showroom. I called, no one answered and it went to Mr. Le's voicemail. From the reviews I have no doubt about the proprietor's domain expertise, and it's perfectly legitimate to have a "by appointment only" showroom, but from my perspective a shop should actually be open when they claim to be. Mr. Le, please send me 10 bucks for the frustration and wasted time you imposed on my family today.
