I paid for a five business day turn around for my visa for Nigeria, and on day six, when I still had recieved or heard nothing I called and asked Dwayne what was wrong. My plane left that Sunday and this was Thursday night. Well he called me on Friday and said the lady who signs the documents was gone - so I could not get my visa til the next week. I would have to eat my tickets. He would not apologize for mishandling the visa and blamed the embassy - when he just sat on it until I called on day six. I hoestly would have been fine if he had apologized for misreading my order and thinking it was the 8 to 10 business days - and if he offered to return the difference in price - but he blamed the consulate for his mistake. So if you need a five day turn around - ride them!!!

The officers at the front entrance were pleasant and patient. The receptionist at the third floor where the office was at took down our appointment number and gave us a number instantly. We walked up to the first window where all documents were checked and told to have a seat. We were called to a window in less than five minutes. The process was completed within ten minutes. We were told to come back at 3:00 to pick up her passport. They allowed us to line up at 2:45 and had the passport in hand by 3:00. I complimented multiple times that they had a great system. I had went back in 2018 and got in line at 6:00AM. During a time where walk in were still taken. That was a 3 hour wait until I got to the window. This process from when we entered to when it was complete took a total of 25 minutes. It took longer to find parking than to get the passport application done. It's still best to be prepared. Paperwork in order, pictures taken beforehand. They only take contactless payment and not money orders or checks. Very simple, very seamless. Salute to the SF passport agency and all the federal officers at the door.

I panicked when I saw that passports need at least six months validity and started looking for ways to get it renewed quickly. I scheduled an appointment at the San Francisco Passport Agency for Thursday morning at 9:30. I took BART and walked about seven minutes to the building. When you get there, you go through security and take the elevator up to the passport agency. I was second in line and was in and out in less than eight minutes. The staff were extremely friendly, and the lady at the counter was able to expedite my passport for same-day pick up. I would have had to pick it up at 4 PM, but I couldn't stay in the city all day, so I opted to pick it up on Monday instead. One thing to note is that having all your paperwork ready is crucial. They mention everything you need online, and when I was there, a lot of people were scrambling to fill out forms on the floor. Come prepared if you want a smooth, fast experience. On Monday, I returned to pick up my passport. I was literally the only person there and was in and out in less than eight minutes. Overall, this was hands down the smoothest passport process I've ever experienced.

She was very pleasant and I clearly felt she was interested in giving me the best guidance and advice possible. I still don't know if I will try to do an eVisa myself through the local Vietnam Consulate or go through Visa Network and I told Vanessa that. Due to the long processing times, there was no way I could get my passport back in time for my trip. I spent 3 days from 5 AM - 8PM calling the Passport Agency to get an appointment. Nothing, they had nothing. And if they had something, it was in the next 24-72 hours in another state. After doing some digging around, I came across Visa Network. If you're ever in a pickle with your passport, forget every other agency, just come to them. A few reasons as to why you should choose them as your new passport agency: 1. They reassured me, listened, asked me about my trip, gave me advice and next steps. They made me feel so valued and heard. 2. They are extremely personable, empathetic, organized, thorough, transparent about their prices (which are reasonable compared to other agencies charging to $800-$1000's), and they returned my calls and messages in a timely manner. 3. I sent out all of my paperwork and old passport on June 26th, I picked up my new passport today (July 13th). I had chosen for my passport to be expedited in 4-5 weeks but they got it back to me in 2 weeks + some days. 4. I opted to go pick up my passport in the office in SF. The office is easy to find, garage parking wasn't too bad, and the team had me open my passport there to ensure it was correct. I was extremely worried about giving such an important document to some stranger who might mess it up, overcharge me for their services, and not get my stuff back in time, but they proved me soo wrong! I cannot thank Marcus and his team enough! I was a ball of anxiety and stress for days. I don't know how it's possible that he got it back to me so quickly, but he did the damn thing. Thank you again, team Visa Network!

My girlfriend and I used Golden Time Travel when we wanted to take a vacation but couldn't get any time off. It's a great vacation option since you can be gone for literally months and return to the present only a moment after you left. Our first trip booked with Golden was pretty great. We wanted to get away to somewhere familiar so we went to San Francisco in 1905. It was real nice and the exchange rate was excellent, particularly because of inflation since then. The trolleys got us around real easily, and everyone was very friendly. We had a nice time staying at the Palace Hotel, and our bellhop, Edward, was wonderful. You can imagine our shock when, upon arriving home, we looked him up and found out he died the next year in the earthquake, along with the hotel which was destroyed in the ensuing fire. Very sad. I kind of wish we'd warned him now. The next year we saved up a bit and went to classical Greece. Golden Time Travel dropped us off and picked us up two weeks later without a hitch. My girlfriend has a lighter complexion, and though she got made fun of a bit for being a "barbarian"--several times we heard children chanting "bar-bar-bar" and making fun of our yet-uninvented tongue--the famous "Athenian hospitality" more than made up for it. Plus, those togas are surprisingly flattering. My only critique is that the cuisine left something to be desired. We forgot that this was pre-Columbian exchange, so no tomatoes, potatoes, chocolate, corn or avocados. Also, they hadn't quite figured out chemistry in that era, much less baking, so don't expect to be impressed with the pastries (no baklava yet). For our next trip we decided to check out the Bay Area in 2085. Now, I know this wasn't Golden Time Travel's fault, as they just provide the time machine, but this trip was an absolute disaster. Apparently Mark Zuckerberg is a robot fascist dictator in that year, and he forces loyalty through perpetual social surveillance. Well, it was really terrifying, and we spent most of the trip dodging the Google Civilian View drone copters that track down "nonconsumers" and install g-chips to catalog their brain. I know the contents of the future aren't the fault of Golden, but we would have appreciated some forewarning. They certainly have the technology.
