By not being honest upfront that it wouldn't be "fixed" but sealed so it wouldn't spread, they took my autonomy away as a consumer to make an informed decision. It's the absolute worst feeling ever to spend your hard earned money and be told by the manager that is too expensive to completely replace. And I drove over an hour to get to this dealership where I felt treated like a dollar sign opposed to a person and a valued costumer. I loved the fact that I didn't need to haggle to get a great price, the price you see on the website is the price that you pay, but keep in mind that's before all taxes, fees, & any extras that you want are added on. For the test drive, I took the car to my mechanic, who checked the car out thoroughly, the car passed with flying colors, with a couple of minor issues that were addressed before I drove off the lot. I can honestly say that in all my years of buying cars, this was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience that I've ever had. I highly recommend Hertz Schaumburg.
