First of all, I only have myself to blame. 63 year-old woman and I did not realize that unless your car is under warranty, you never, NEVER bring it to a dealer for repairs because you will get ripped off. I naïvely thought I could trust this place because it's where I bought my Jeep in 2018. I brought it in and was very specific that there were TWO issues that needed to be repaired. They told me it would cost $225 for EACH issue they were looking at. At that point, I should've picked up my car and brought it somewhere else but once again, I trusted that at least my car would be repaired. So right off the bat no matter what was wrong with my car. I would be paying $450 for them even to look at the car . My first issue was that there was no heat. They called me and claimed that I had a dirty cabin filter. Could not have possible because I religiously take my car to Valvoline and Valvoline makes their money changing filters. Mine happens to be one they always have in stock. Service guy claimed this was the case and why my heat was not working. They replaced this filter and of course the heat still did not work. They then gave me a quote of almost $3500 to fix my heater which I declined. Then told me I had a whole bunch of small lightbulbs that were out. In the phone conversation, I told them I was not concerned about the lights. But they fixed the lights anyway and charged me. My fault again. I probably should have screamed "NO! DO NOT FIX THE LIGHTS!!" Then they claimed the wheel bearing on the front of my car were so bad that the car was "too dangerous to drive." Again I told them I had not heard anything. Recently had new wheels (not tires.. WHEELS) placed on my car at Firestone and Firestone told me this is something they would have seen. But again I was naïve so I told them to go ahead. The 2nd issue was a bad transfer case. They told me they were unable to duplicate the problem with the transfer case. I begged them to please take my car on a short drive so that they could diagnose.. it was the main reason I brought my car in and WOULD have been covered by my extended warranty. This issue had already been diagnosed by a Jeep dealer near my house but silly me thought bringing it to the dealer where I bought the car would be a better idea. I do not believe they even tried. Because the second I got back into the car, I could hear the same loud roaring sound. I picked up the car and I drive out of there after paying over $900. I still do not have heat and I still have a bad transfer case. I finally followed my son-in-law's advice and shopped around, and I am sick to my stomach because all of the local mechanics would have charged me less than HALF of what they charged to fix the so-called broken wheel bearings..And all of them quoted a third of what this dealership wanted to fix my heat. So disappointed. also, now there is a engine light on in my car that was not on before. And there's a piece of metal hanging down from underneath that was not like that before. I'm so disgusted with this place and I don't even want to try to fight them. They got me coming and going. When I'm looking for a new car, I'll be sure to go back to the North Aurora Jeep dealership that was so kind to me in the first place read more

My sales guy was very nice and helpful but the Manager at the time 5/4/2026 was not a pleasant person. I bought a work van from this dealer and about 10miles after leaving with it the check engine light came on. Long story short they said they would fix it and then they never did. I live 3hrs away and they ran me thru hoops. I ended up paying for the repair out of my own pocket. Wouldn't buy anything from them ever again unfortunately. We had a horrible experience with the sales team member, Miguel. He was very disrespectful, combative and defensive throughout the experience. My niece was interested in buying her first car and he constantly belittled and berated her. While I was along to help her through the process, I had to stop him from raising his voice and being inappropriately rude to her several times. She asked why the online price had increased in the last week, specifically after she scheduled the test drive (she had screen shots to demonstrate the change) and he told her it was a glitch and told her that she didn't understand how this worked. We finally got up and left while he made a scene and continued to yell at us. Completely unacceptable. I have tried to call and talk to a manager and have not heard back. We will NOT be buying from this dealership and I hope this helps others stay away from this location so they can avoid a similar experience. read more

Mechanics that can't fix a car without a diagnostic ? Diagnostic cane back ok but the vehicle was shaking and over heating yet duh , let's charge you 4 grand to fix it ? Then they took it as a trade in because they knew it was a sham how much they were going to charge . Sold us another car that they lied about inspection needed new brakes almost emmediatly after purchase ? Sketchy transaction . Buckle up because this is a story of the car with problems that never ends. First day we left the lot with the wrong car model. We wanted the Jeep cherokee with the snow/mud/sand feature and wasn't given that. Then our windows would stop working often times on days when they were rolled down and it was about to rain. After a YEAR of continuously going to the dealer and them not knowing what was wrong I wrote a BB review and was reached out to by the general manager who gave us a loaner. They were then magically able to solve the problem which if you had done a simple Google review you would have seen that everything we had said matched the issue. We even brought them videos of it happening. Then the same issue happened to the other side of the window. Countless times we brought the car with screws in the tire to have patched and they missed them and the patches didn't last. We needed a system update that cost $300! Which also seemed to kill our car battery. In the span of five or so years we've gone through two car batteries and now our car is over heating when we go above a speed limit. It has been the biggest stress in our lives and I will never buy a Jeep. read more

"Buy and Goodbye" should be their slogan. They have gone downhill faster than an Olympic bob sled team from a customer service aspect. Invest the 2 or 3 minutes to read this review, so you don't make the same mistake I did. I leased a 2018 Grand Cherokee Limited from them back in December of 2017. Up until recently, the car functioned fine, but boy did it take a turn for the worse. While driving in traffic with my family on Lagrange Road (busy road by the way) the dashboard started firing off all warning and fault lights. It lit up like a Christmas tree. Check engine, check ABS, check airbags, and then when it hit the check shifter part, the car dangerously dropped to neutral. Luckily I was able to pull over safely and not get rear ended. We made it and I called the dealership right away to see when I could have it towed in. To my surprise, they told me they were about a month out, and could not take the car. Didn't even offer me a loaner. Their service manager advised me to take it to another Jeep dealership, which I did. No interest whatsoever in my issue. This is how they treat customers once they know you are under the terms of the lease. Mind you, the car is still under full factory warranty. The other dealership I'll refer to as "dealer B", which I won't mention by name took the car in the same day, and was kind enough to even drive me out a loaner. My Jeep has been back and forth several times, and they still cannot figure out the issue with the computer module. I took the car back and it keeps happening. "Dealer B" as I call them has been absolutely great. They have engineers from Chrysler involved, and have provided me with a loaner throughout. Roeshe has given every excuse in the book not to get involved, even though I leased the car through their dealership. "How can we take the car back when this is going on", was what one of their inexperienced sales reps even said. We could get you in a new model though...LOL... The moral of the story is that once Roesch Jeep has your money, they could care less. There is absolutely no support or follow through whatsoever to make sure you have a safe vehicle if an issue (in this case an extremely dangerous one) occurs. "Take it somewhere else" should be their motto as that is what I was told by their service manager and others in the department. Their sales team will pretend to be helpful, but in reality all they will do is try to upsell and get you into another car. I was told to "call Ally financial", "call Chrysler" etc.. to get it resolved. That's a joke. I leased the car from them, and they need to take ownership of the situation which they did not. I'm sure I'll get some type of response refuting this, but if you want the rest of the story, feel free to email me anytime and I can go into greater detail as to why you should not purchase or lease from Roeshe. Specifically, I was trying to sell my old vehicle and either buy/lease a new one. Given that I've had positive service experience at this location before, I figured I should also inquire into their ability to sell me a new car. At first, the employees that helped me were very nice. Unfortunately, my car that never had problems prior to my visit had several issues starting while they were appraising the car. At that point, I knew that something was wrong. While that may have been speculative at that point, I left the vehicle there to be looked at by the service department to confirm whether something was wrong with the vehicle. Once I spoke with the service department, they said nothing was wrong with the car at all. It's too coincidental to believe that my vehicle that was always reliable just so happened to not work the exact time that I was getting it appraised and purchasing a new vehicle. I don't even know how to start this. Whoever is reading this please don't just glance over it. This is a real review from a real customer. I first came over to the dealership last year to look at the new wranglers. I spoke with Sean Wood. We drove the vehicle and spoke about Dupage and how terrible of a dealer they were. I did not buy... A few months later I reached out to him, he still remembered everything. We ended up ordering a new 2019 Wrangler. Just as it was being shipped, I lost my job. Thought I would be stuck buying a vehicle I could not afford. He told me it was not a problem and was very upset I lost my job. He told me don't worry about a thing, and he would take care of management. No one called, or bugged me to buy that vehicle. I then called him a few months later when I got back on my feet. He was in management now and I re-ordered the vehicle through Vesi. (Even though he wears jean shorts) Everything came to the dealership perfect. The jeep was exactly what I wanted. They kept the same discount even though I was unable to buy the car before. Also I had a baby, and Sean personally bought her a Jeep shirt. Sometimes a business is just that. But these guys went above and beyond what was just "buying a car". Please if you need a jeep please go there. I promise they will be fair, they won't be pushy, and they honestly really care. If I could recommend everyone from all the dealers to just give them a shot. They don't have the inventory others do, but now days a trade is super simple. Even finance was super simple. My over all experience with the dealership has been okay. My sales person was great and able to get my in the car I wanted. However, after having the Jeep for less than a month something simple went wrong and I needed to get the tier replaced. However, I was never given the key to remove the lug nuts for my tires. After contacting the dealership (mind you they never provided me with the key) I was told that I would need pay for a replacement set. The replacement set is only $25 however why should I pay for something when the dealerships did not provide me with the original key. it's the principle for me. Also, my Jeep originally came with one key because they couldn't find the second key. I was promised that they would order another key for me after a few weeks I received no call. So I contacted them and than they finally ordered my key. When coming to pick up they key I was asked if I was paying for the key or was the dealership, correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't there be a system with notes that states they are paying for a key. They had it noted I was quoted $185 for a tire. Overall, meh. I would not purchase another vehicle from here. read more

Very dismissive when I had questions and was told I have other clients so I can't do that. The car seemed to be driving funny and I brought it to his attention. While in again very snappy and short. I hate to see service to decline after a purchase. The managers and staff were helpful to pickup the slack but always keep a high moral no matter if you get a sale or not.
