    I want to thank Alex (cool mustache guy) in the Service Department for going above and beyond…read moreyesterday to take care of the issue I had with the locks on my wheels. I told the guy that checked me in that I wanted that done. When everything was done, I asked about the lock that I asked for and was told that they were not in stock but could order them. I go to the Parts Department and was take care of by Nicky, also an excellent customer service representative who definitely cares, told me they DID have them in stock, so either they lied to me about not having them in stock or they forgot. Anyways, Alex understood my frustration and since it was late and most likely the mech guy had left or where about to leave, ALEX went ahead and installed them himself. Awesome guy, especially since he didn't even cause the problem, but he fixed it and that is the only reason I'm giving 5 stars!

    One star for the experience, not the eventual resolution. I bought a 2025 Ford F-150 \ from…read moreElmhurst Ford remotely in April 2026. Here is what happened. The truck arrived with a completely broken driver's side mirror. Not a scratch -- broken. Shattered housing, internal LED components exposed. The carrier's inspection photos proved it was already broken when it left Elmhurst Ford's lot. When I contacted the dealership the sales manager admitted they had ordered a replacement mirror before the sale but sold the truck before it arrived and never told me. On top of the mirror there were multiple areas of undisclosed pre-existing paint damage -- swirl marks and scratches on the hood, fender, door panel, and B-pillar. Again, documented in pickup photos at their lot. They acknowledged the damage was not disclosed but declined to fix the paint. On May 6, 2026 -- three weeks after the truck was delivered to me on April 15 -- Elmhurst Ford added a 'pre-delivery inspection' record to Carfax listing 'mirror(s) checked.' This was posted after they had already been notified of the mirror damage and after a repair was already scheduled. The odometer on that Carfax entry is 14,647 miles -- lower than the 14,660 miles recorded on my buyer's order at signing. A pre-delivery inspection cannot have occurred after the truck was already in my possession, and the odometer numbers make that impossible to dispute. Further compounding everything, Elmhurst Ford initially agreed to pay the repair facility directly, then reversed course and required me to pay the repair bill out of pocket and wait for a reimbursement check -- adding additional financial burden and delay to a situation entirely of their own making. I had to send a formal written demand with photo evidence before they agreed to cover the mirror repair at a local Ford dealership. The repair was eventually handled correctly, but no buyer should have to work this hard for basic honesty. If you're buying remotely from Elmhurst Ford, protect yourself and document absolutely everything.

Sam is by far the most attentive and nicest individual I have ever encountered while shopping for a car. Even before I took the 30 mile drive to his dealership I had a 20 min conversation in regards to my concerns an questions I had regarding looking at cars on the internet. I found this dealership through cargurus which I also praise for there ability to find just what you are looking for. Sam was up front about everything i had asked about the 2017 Cadillac ATS Luxury I went to see. He is the most personable by far when dealing with someone in a sales capacity and just great conversation. We talked as if we were friends for decades. Long story long (LOL) he took care of any concerns that I had expressed and went beyond expectations to make sure I was COMPLETELY satisfied and secure in my buying decision. Needless to say this car was a gem (as were all of the other cars in the show room.) I cannot say enough GREAT things about this dealership and all of the employees I dealt with there! Shout out to Niko and Cesar as well! My suggestion to ANYONE that is looking for a used car to stop by Int'l Car Center before you go anywhere else. Props to such a professionally run car place. I found this dealership to be completely transparent in everything that they told me about this car. There was a fuel tank issue that involved the fuel tank indicator not being accurate. They told me about this and was told that it might take a week to get the part in. They did get it in and fixed the issue. This car is a gem! I just love it so much. Sam, Luis and Hector were the absolute best! They worked with me on the financing and even put brand new tires on her. She runs great! No issues.
