Paid 360 to reserve a appointment to get some audio speakers screen and amp installed. My appointment was at 10am. Monday and I was going to be late because the Best Buy who had my screen didn't have it so I had to go to a new location. I informed them that I would not be able to make the appointment meet so they informed me that I would lose 360 bucks for my appointment and if I wanted to reschedule I would have to pay another deposit plus the service fee I do not recommend this place very unprofessional read more

I have had 3 remote starters installed by them so far and they are working great. Best part was no hidden fees for parts that they say I needed after the install starts. I was worried about the range so they sold my the droid mobile device. Now I can start the car and warm or cool it before coming out of the movies. That was money well spent. read more

I brought in my car to have a new radio installed they gave me two options on the install one was a lot more because it would need more work and parts the cheaper one they said they can make it work. So I went with the cheap one well that was a mistake they put nick in my dashboard the install looks bad and the front of the radio was dirty not clean . The damage to the dashboard was not told to me I had to say something about it. So now I am back having the more pricer install done I only came back is they refund some of the money the put it to the better option of installing the radio. So I would think twice about them doing the work. If they say they can make it work make sure you find out what it will look like then done. They are not to good at calling you when things are done.And I had to ask for my remote that came with the radio and the owner manual that they printed with their printer did not get the one that came with the radio read more

Tried to purchase box...was told 3-4 weeks. 79 days later, still no box. Tried calling several times, was told theyd return my call...no response. Finally returned my call after 9 weeks..arranged a test fitting in woodbury, a 30 min drive from my house, never got a call saying they'd be late..50 mins late and finally responded and said theyd be there in 25 mins. I changed plans and arranged for a sitter just to make this happen. After the test fit, he said it would be ready in a week. 2.5 weeks later, still no call or response for 3 days. Finally called and said it would be ready the next day...11.5 weeks later. After expressing frustration, i simply asked to have the sub mounted as a courtesy for the poor customer service, otherwise i didnt want the box...they told me that it didnt matter that it had taken almost 12 weeks and that they refuse to do the courtesy mount (which is about a 15 min service) and they will just keep the box. I do not recommend wasting your time or money at this poorly ran establishment. This was a $650 sub enclosure and its clear that customer service is of zero priority. read more

Had a good experience the first few times I went there to get my audio system upgraded in my Pathfinder. Had an amp previously installed by another shop. Gal at the desk talked me into installing a better line converter. Got it installed. The amp was disconnected prior to the appointment. I received a quote from them to re-install the amp but didn't have the money at the time to do it. Called last week to set up an appointment to get everything connected. Man on the phone may have misinterpreted what I was asking to have done and put in his notes that I was trying to get my whole system "fixed" due to it not working because it was as under warranty. Went in today and felt that the gal at the desk was accusing me of trying to get the system installed due to the warranty on the line out converter. Made some snarky comment about me not paying to get it re-installed the first time for $400, and I said I would try to do it myself. Not quite sure if she was just having a bad day or what. Probably would have paid to get it done without all the attitude towards me prior. Told me on the way out "don't ever bring your vehicle back!" Very odd interaction. Drove from 30 miles away due to the great customer service prior. Today not so much. All in all, probably saved me a bunch of cash to have something "re-installed." Mind you, all the wiring and devices are already in place. Bad business move. read more

Simple stereo installation. If i could ZERO stars I would. I am not going to complain about the cost- but the truth is that if they had shown an OUNCE of integrity or professionalism I would have been fine. Instead when we picked up the vehicle- we noticed immediately that the speakers were not working. When this was pointed out - they said that making sure there was actual SOUND was not a part of the contract! A 400.00 When i spoke with them later that day - they admitted that i had specifically stated that if there were any issues or problems - like, you know LACK OF SOUND. They were to contact me so that we could decide how to go forward. Instead I had to listen to how my husband was rude - and then decided to offered me 1/2 price for ANOTHER hour for them to determine the problem, and only after I threatened to put a stop payment on my Credit Card. So disappointing and aggravating. They were not professional and are clearly not customer focused. I say AVOID at all costs. I TRIED to give my business to a LOCAL company. All they got was my money. They will never get a dime more, never get a recommendation from me. A Class? Oh hell no. read more
