Referred to this business by a good friend. Went in for a quote for a new sub, amp and box around april of 2023. Received a emailed quote. Scheduled an install for 6/22/23 then they canceled due the parts not being in stock. So I waited. Called again for an update and was told the box was on order and it wouldn't be available until the first of the year. First of the year rolls around and I hear nothing so I called on 2-16 and spoke with them. Seems like there were still having an issue with the part and I said I would go with a different brand. Was told someone would call me back and they haven't called me or emailed. Now it's been going 10 months and the lack of communication through out this whole ordeal is just comical. Would've appreciated some communication or told they wouldn't be able to help me so I could find someone else to get the job done. read more

I had been searching for a place to purchase and install an auto starter for my car. I messaged Sound Wave through Facebook and received a response very quickly. I was given several options with a great explanation of the features of each option. I picked an option and they said they were booked out through February. They did explain if I could leave my car for a few days they would be able to fit it in. I dropped it off and the next day it was done. This business was recommended by my body shop go to and long time friend. I had a remote start installed on my VW Passat. It seems not everyone is authorized to install in German cars. I used these guys to put in an aftermarket remote starter for my Infiniti QX56 (still blows my mind the car didn't come with one) and they did a great job. Super knowledgeable and were very willing to help me at no charge when I had a minor issue come up. I would highly recommend them. read more

Brought my car over for a aftermarket install. Install was incomplete for the amp and the radio, and rear view camera was not setup. Installer acted as if he did not want to work on my car. Customer service lacking. Won't be back. read more
