They take your temperature upon walking in, and make you sanitise your hands. Everyone was wearing masks and all seats were separated with clear plastic curtains which I was very impressed by. The woman who did my pedicure was great and the polish was well done, the only annoying thing was that she kept trying to up-sell me on spa packages, callus treatments and massages etc. the manicurist was a different person and the treatment was fine until polish, the colour I wanted was old, dirty and lumpy and there were no new ones, the colour I then chose was a bit better but she just wasn't good at applying it, so I adjusted her a few times and she finally threw in the towel and called another manicurist over who did a very nice job. It felt uncomfortable to sit there while they discussed in Chinese/mandarin what to do with me because I obviously was too difficult to deal with for the first manicurist. But The second manicurist did a great job and I walked away happy all things considered.
