I ended up having him put in a cleanout that he completed by the next morning. Turns out, I had a collapsed pipe under my slab. Booby showed me the video of it and got me a quote right away to address it. I felt the estimate was very fair and they even credited the clearing of the pipe and the addition of the cleanout against the major repair under my slab. He was back the next morning with a team of guys who fixed the issue within 2 days. They kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. Bobby is in fact the nephew of the owner, Juan, who came out multiple times during the repair to ensure everything was going smooth. The owner even helped in cleaning the debris at the end of the job and took debris he wasn't even responsible for to the dump for me. Surprisingly he was available and said he could be at our home within an hour, Wow! He showed up on time excavated some soil to check the extent of damage then gave us a very reasonable price to do the repair, so far everything is going better than I hoped for! They provided white glove service from quotation all the way through installation. I was simple to book a same day inspection and quote request for a new HVAC unit online. The repair technician Angel Perez was just that, an absolute angel. He was unbelievably kind and knowledgeable. After meeting with him and hearing him speak to other members of the company over the phone, I knew this was a special company. The employees spoke to each other like family. Once I submitted my signed contact online, Angel thanked me for choosing them and welcomed me to the family. Contract provides excellent warranty on parts and labor. Unit included install of ecobee smart thermostat, which I am in love with! Not sure how I got by all this time without one. By far the best quoted price out of the four I received. On the day of installation I received a text update with a photo and name of the lead installation technician Jon Neves. He and his team arrived right now time and finished the work exactly at their provided estimated completion time. The team placed a mat by the front door entrance to my house, which was a very nice touch, covered carpeted areas where they would be walking. After the job was complete they vacuumed their work space and it was like they weren't even in the house. The group of guys working in the installation took great care in everything they did. My installation required a crane to get the unit on top of my house and The Purple Crane was in and out quickly. The crane didn't disrupt my neighbors or even the trash service that morning.
