We wanted a vertical acoustic piano in black and the available stock in our price range was low. Keith (I think), recommended some other verticals in brown wood finishes, but we had our preferences. He was careful not to pressure us into anything and we ended up stumbling upon and asking about the Roland line of digital pianos. He was knowledgable and helped ease our concerns around digital versus acoustic. We ended up buying a Roland, because it met the needs of our family at the moment. Eventually, when we can move to a larger house, we'll be back here to see about getting a bigger acoustic piano!
